Claire brings 15 years of Commercial, Product and General Management experience in Digital Marketing, Media and FMCG to her role as Managing Director & co-founder of Sprooki.
Prior to founding Sprooki, Claire held a number of management roles within large, blue-chip digital companies and dynamic start-ups alike including General Manager, Multimedia Interactive Technologies for ASTRO (Malaysia), one of Asia's largest broadcasters, overseeing all Internet, mobile and Interactive TV products & services.
Claire has also held Senior Marketing and Product Development roles for Australia's premier publisher, Fairfax Digital Media, publisher of the Sydney Morning Herald, The Age and the Australian Financial Review (Australia) and Brand Management roles within FMCG retail marketing giant, Procter & Gamble (Europe). Claire also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (University of Queensland) and a Masters of International Business from Bond University (Australia).

J. Marc Edwards, CTO, has 25 years of semiconductor component, Research-and-Design experience at IBM, Cisco Systems, and two co-founded, venture-backed, fabless semiconductor start-up companies. Mr. Edwards is a graduate-level, research-grade engineer and entrepreneur with deep-domain expertise in the semiconductor industry. Mr. Edwards has held principal engineering roles at both Cadence Design Systems and Synopsys, where his responsibilities focused upon enterprise semiconductor companies from a sales, support, marketing, and RnD role for the full spectrum of EDA software and services products. Mr. Edwards has worked in advanced technology leadership roles at both IBM and Cisco Systems, where he led product deployments of advanced technology architectures.
Jen Kwong Hwa is currently a Venture Partner, Angel Investor and Business Advisor. Prior to this, he was Managing Director of Micron Semiconductors in Singapore and an engineer by training. He started his career in Texas Instruments in 1979 and joined Micron in 1998 with Micron's acquisition of TI's Memory Business. Mr Jen has extensive experience in the Semiconductor industry and has been involved in shaping national strategic intiatives through his involvement in SEMI, SSIA and membership in various statutory boards like Energy Market Authority, Jurong Town Council, Economic Strategy Committee. He is currently a board member of Ascendas.

Michael has worked at the leading edge of the Digital Media, Mobile Internet and Social Web world, having held senior executive or trusted advisor roles with major media companies throughout the Asia-Pacific region, including Fairfax Media, The Federal Publishing Company, Astro All-Asia Networks and Independent Digital Media.
His experience includes building successful digital publishing and marketplace businesses and major consumer websites including the iconic vogue.com.au and #1 food & recipe website taste.com.au. Michael held senior management and corporate strategy roles in Fairfax Media, Australasia's leading media company, including General Manager of leading automotive website drive.com.
Michael has built a successful consulting and corporate advisory practice working with clients working on capital raisings, trade sale and merger & acquisition engagements for clients in the media, technology, entertainment and marketing services sectors.
He earned his MBA and a Masters of Management (Marketing) at Macquarie Graduate School of Management in Sydney.

Mike is founding partner and managing director of Get2Volume. Mike Holt brings 30 years of experience in growing technology businesses and developing innovation. Mike's background ranges from incubation of technology companies to general management of large technology businesses. Mike is cofounder of ConnectedHealth, gridComm and Semitech. Mike was CEO of a venture-backed semiconductor that was acquired. Previously, Mike held engineering, marketing and P/L product line management positions at Texas Instruments and Silicon Systems. Mike is an Entrepreneur in Residence at INSEAD, Director of Business Angels Network South East Asia (BANSEA), co-founder and VP of Singapore Semiconductor Industry Association.

Mojy has a rich blend of private and public company senior executive management experience, business acumen, customer relationships, and hands on technical experience in integrated circuits product design, software development, process technology, design infrastructure, and wafer manufacturing. Prior to founding Silicon Cloud, Mojy was senior vice president of Design Enablement at GlobalFoundries, responsible for all design, design services, design infrastructure functions, and customer tape out operations. He was also the head of the Transformation Office, overseeing all company transformational initiatives. Prior Mojy was vice president of Technology Development at Altera Corporation. He managed all development, infrastructure, and manufacturing aspects of silicon process technologies. Before joining Altera, he was senior vice president of Engineering and Core Technology at Mindspeed Technologies. He was responsible for all engineering disciplines for several product lines and all central engineering and common technology activities.
Mojy holds a BS, MS, and PhD in Electrical Engineering as well as an MS in Applied Math.

Mr. Pierre Hennes has significant international experience in technology and new venture creation and is responsible for Sentec's strategic business development initiatives. He is the Managing Partner of Extream Ventures, a Singapore-based early-stage VC firm launched in 2009, funded in part by the Singapore Government's National Research Foundation. He is also a Partner of Upstream Ventures, a Singapore-based seed & startup investment firm launched in 2003 that has backed successful tech-driven companies such as Singular ID, Property Guru and Tagit.
Until recently, Pierre served as the Chairman of the Business Angels Network of Southeast Asia (BANSEA), Singapore's largest network of angel investors. Pierre earned a B.A. with Honors in International Relations from Boston University, and an MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business.
Tuck Long brings more than 18 years semiconductor sales experience with world-class multinational corporations and start-ups covering Asia Pacific and focusing in Smart Grid, consumer electronics and embedded devices. In his previous careers, Tuck Long had created several strategic and successful design-wins with the China State Grid, China Telecoms, Lenovo, Seagate, Hewlett Packard, Hitachi amongst others. Tuck Long started his career as a wafer fab engineer at ST Micro and held senior sales roles at Semitech Semiconductor, Symwave, Teridian Semiconductor Corporation, Oxford Semiconductor and Wind River Systems later in his career path.

Dr. Robert Ray is a biochemist with over 30 years of experience in the in-vitro diagnostics industry. Dr. Ray was Co-Founder, President and CEO of FlexSite Diagnostics, a leading diagnostics company targeting home diabetes testing solutions for HA1c and kidney screening, which was later sold to Geonositcs in 2010. Prior to FlexSite, he was President of CheckPoint Development, Inc., a consulting and contracts development enterprise. He has also served as Vice President of Home Diagnostics Inc., Business Manager of Coulter's Chemistry business, President of London Diagnostics, Vice President of R&D for Baxter Dade, and General Manager for Immunosystems at Beckman Instruments.
Sergey Shokhor brings over 15 years of experience in display technologies and nano-materials. Prior to founding Nodis in 2014, he worked at CopyTele Inc, where he developed various novel display technologies, which were licensed to major display companies. Sergey holds a Ph.D. in Solid State Physics from SUNY at Stony Brook and has 14 patents.
Shamir has 5 years' experience in sales & marketing (B2B) in Fortune 500 companies and more than 10 years' experience in system administration and web development. Experienced project director, has launched several start-ups as an incubator manager, securing more than S$1.5M collectively in commercialization grants and funding. Shamir graduated as a University Scholar from the National University of Singapore with a BSc(Hons) in Biomedical Science and a Minor in Technopreneurship from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, via the NUS Overseas College program.
