During service in the US Air Force, as a noted expert on the Middle East, he led award-winning organizations involved in intelligence collection and analysis. He's held sales, marketing, and IT-management positions in the financial, healthcare, and high-tech industries. Most recently, Johnson led competitive-intelligence efforts for two Fortune 200 companies. He holds an MA in IT management, along with an MBA (both with distinction) from Webster University, and an MA in Middle East studies from George Washington University.
