GREATER BROCKTON CENTER FOR DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The Greater Brockton Center for Dispute Resolution is a 501 (c) (3) organization that has been providing dispute resolution services for over 30 years... We provide neutral third party trained mediators to assist parties in the discussion of their dispute with a specific focus on determining whether the dispute may be settled. The parties make all of the decisions in the mediation sessions. The mediator does not decide who is right or wrong and also does not take sides in the dispute. We do not provide counseling services or give legal advice. We provide a neutral forum for the discussing of the circumstances surrounding the dispute and work with each of the parties to determine if there is a potential for settlement... The Greater Brockton Center for Dispute Resolution provides training for persons interested in becoming a mediator.
