All of my Sea Glass Jewelry, sometimes called Beach Glass Jewelry, is made from genuine, authentic, sea-tumbled sea glass (sometimes spelled "seaglass"). The sea glass I use has been "weathered" for years by the sea, wind and waves, just like me... My sea glass and terracotta have been tumbling over and over again on the "Glass Beaches" in Fort Bragg, California, for at least 64 years, though most of it has been tumbling in the surf much longer... Fort Bragg actually has three Glass Beaches, the oldest of which closed in 1943. Since that site operated for at least 37 years (cir. 1906), much of its sea glass goes back into the last century and has been tumbling for nearly 100 years. I go there by ocean kayak, which is the only legal access. It might be open to the general public by foot around 2011, when a coastal trail is planned to be opened. I don't recommend novices try to get there by kayak, like I do, because it is usually tricky and often dangerous. I only go in certain sea and..
