These two experienced real estate professionals shared the same dream of a real estate investment company specializing in transforming under-managed properties performing at below market levels into valuable, high-occupancy, quality tenanted assets. So, after a successful venture that began in 1996 with Lighthouse Real Estate Ventures, Paul Cooper and Louis Sheinker will continue their efforts in a new endeavor, Green Holland Ventures. They have combined experience in capital renovation and redevelopment, carefully planned leasing strategies, and responsive hands-on management.
