Dr. Beverly Jogan

Dr. Beverly Jogan graduated in 2006 from the Veterinary School of the University of Pennsylvania, after completing a B.A. in Biological Anthropology at the same institution.While working in general practice, she found that treating pain effectively was one of her biggest struggles as a traditional western practitioner. This led her to pursue learning about alternative means of treatment, and in 2011, Dr. Jogan earned her certification as a veterinary acupuncturist through the International Veterinary Acupuncture Society. Her special interests include pain management, geriatric medicine, and feline medicine. Dr. Jogan loves to travel, having lived in several countries in Latin America, and she currently resides in Narberth with her husband, two sons, and their cat.

Dr. Carrie Sutor

Dr. Sutor graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine with honors in 1998 after earning a B.S. in Chemistry at the University of Pittsburgh. While a student at Penn, she was inducted into the Phi Zeta Veterinary Honor Society for qualified students. Until buying the Gladwyne Animal Hospital in 2009, Dr. Sutor practiced at Queen Village Animal Hospital in Philadelphia and at Animal Kind Veterinary Hospital in Brooklyn, NY. In April 2018, Dr. Sutor became the sole owner of GAH. She is a charter member of the PennVet Advisory Board, which provides input to the hospital directors on how to make the PennVet experience the best it can be for patients and their owners. From 2007 through 2010, Dr. Sutor worked with Novartis Animal Health to provide continuing education seminars to other veterinarians in general practice on managing degenerative joint disease in dogs. She enjoys all aspects of primary care, but over the last two decades in practice, Dr. Sutor has learned that the thing that she enjoys the most are the relationships that she forms with her patients and clients. Dr. Gina Chambers

Dr. Chambers graduated from Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2007 after earning a B.S. degree from the University of Alabama. While in college, she competed on the Equestrian Team and graduated with honors. After practicing in Alabama for several years, Dr. Chambers met her husband who grew up in Bryn Mawr, PA. They moved to Villanova in 2012 and Dr. Chambers continued to work in several excellent hospitals in our area. During this time, she developed an interest in integrative therapies. Dr. Chambers received her certifications in Veterinary Rehabilitation Therapy in 2012 and in Veterinary Medical Acupuncture in 2015. Her areas of special interest include pain management and geriatric medicine. Dr. Chambers looks forward to building long-term relationships at Gladwyne Animal Hospital. She lives in Berwyn with her husband, 3 young children, and 2 dogs Boomer and Winnie.

Dr. Jennifer Mercier

Dr. Mercier grew up on a beautiful lake in Maine, before moving to Allentown, PA, to train full time as a member of the US National gymnastics team. After 18 years as a competitive gymnast, she earned her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from North Carolina State University in 2009. While working at a feline-only practice, she became increasingly interested in the healing powers of alternative medicine. After moving to the Philadelphia area, she gained certification in veterinary acupuncture from the Chi Institute of Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine. She is currently studying Chinese herbal medicine, Laser Therapy, and Food Therapy to add even more ways to help enrich the lives of our furry friends. She is always looking for opportunities to integrate into her regular practice the amazing techniques of acupuncture, herbs, and a laser that has helped countless people and animals regain comfort, joy, and mobility in their lives. She and her husband live on the Main Line and enjoy snuggling with their two kitties, hot yoga, cycling, all things in the mountains and deserts, and discovering all that Philadelphia has to offer.

Dr. Kelly Krell

Dr. Krell joined Gladwyne Animal Hospital in August of 2011. Prior to joining Gladwyne Animal Hospital, she practiced emergency and critical care in the tri-state area for 6 years. Dr. Krell graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 2004 and completed a one-year small animal surgery and internal medicine internship at Georgia Veterinary Specialists. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the Pennsylvania Veterinary Medical Association and the Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Society. Dr. Krell lives in Wayne with her husband, son, daughter, lovable Pug and sassy cat.

Dr. Renee Simpler

Dr. Renee Simpler, DACVR We are thrilled to offer access to a board-certified veterinary radiologist in our Bryn Mawr Office for radiology interpretation, diagnostic ultrasounds, and ultrasound guided procedures where appropriate. This gives us the ability to offer you immediate advice and treatment planning as a result of your imaging studies with no lag between having the study done, and the report getting to us.

Dr. Sarah Katznelson

Dr. Katznelson graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine after earning a B.S. in Biology from Emory University. She now lives in Fairmount with her senior cat, Cauliflower, and has a special spot in her heart for all our senior patients. Originally from the area, Dr. Katznelson grew up bringing her own family pets to GAH and is very excited to finally join the team! Outside of veterinary medicine, Dr. Katznelson enjoys spending time with friends and family, skiing, and making art.

Dr. Shannon Lenahan

Dr. Shannon Lenahan earned her VMD at the University of Pennsylvania after receiving her BS in Biology at Lafayette College. At Lafayette, Dr. Lenahan was a member of the Equestrian Team. As a natural relationship builder, Dr. Lenahan held the position of Chairperson for Development and Fundraising for the Student American Veterinary Medical Association. GAH is proud to have Dr. Lenahan providing primary care and building relationships with pet parents. Born and raised in New Jersey, Dr. Lenahan loves reading on the beach and spending time with friends and family.

Dr. Taylor Ross

Dr. Ross graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine after earning a B.S. in Biology from Boston College. During her time in school, Dr. Ross earned a certificate from the Veterinary Business Management Association. While originally from Connecticut, after vet school she decided to stay in the Philadelphia area and join the team at GAH. Dr. Ross lives in Wayne with her husband Dave, twin sons Oliver and Logan, cats Willy and Duckie, and rescue pup Finn. When not at work she enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active exploring the city and especially spending time on Cape Cod. Dr. Ross loves getting to know all of the wonderful people and pets that are part of the Gladwyne community.
