I have been involved in manufacturing management for over 22 years. Since 1998 I have worked as a Management Consultant helping businesses improve their operations. I primarily work with companies who want to apply Lean Manufacturing and Theory of Constraints tools and techniques... My education is in Industrial Engineering. My Lean Manufacturing skills were developed in Japan and the US working directly with Japanese Lean Sensei's. I also studied Theory of Constraints at the Goldratt Institute and am a certified TOC Jonah...
