Barry has been with HCC since 2018. He originally joined the team as a Producer and has grown to become Sales and Marketing Manager. He is well-versed in both Personal and Commercial Lines Insurance. He is licensed in Property, Casualty, Life, Accident, and Health. Barry has pursued both the Accredited Insurance Lines Professional/Commercial Lines and the Management Liability Insurance Specialist designations. Outside of the office, he enjoys hiking, snowboarding, golf, and spending time with his family (including his Mini Australian Shepherd).
Lisa joined the agency in 1991 and holds both Property & Casualty and Life, Accident & Health Licenses. In 2015 she earned the designation of a Certified Professional Insurance Agent. She is a graduate of Tabor Academy in Marion, MA and graduated cum laude from Boston University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She is well-versed in both personal and commercial lines and oversees the daily management of the office. She spent countless hours volunteering her time as a parent at local schools including Falmouth Academy on Cape Cod. For many years, she sat on the board for The Tri-County Music Association, a non-profit group which raises scholarship money for students pursuing degrees in music. She has also helped raise money for the foundation, Climb for Cancer, representing Massachusetts in the 50 States - 50 Peaks - 1 Goal nationwide climbing event. She spends her free time boating in Buzzards Bay and birding. A member of the Highpointers Club, which summits the highest point in each state, Lisa has reached half of the 50 states with Mount Katahdin in Maine being her 25th summit. Raised in Mattapoisett, Lisa now lives in Marion with her husband and two sons. Her youngest son, Wiley Gibson, joined the agency in 2018 as the Quality Manager making him the fourth generation to carry on the legacy of the agency.
Evelyn has been an Personal Lines Account Manager with HCC since 2023. She is licenced in Property & Casualty Insurance. She has been working in the insurance industry since 2017.
Hayden started his insurance career in 2014 as an intern in the DRIVE program for a branch of a local insurance company. Through the internship, he gained experience rating vehicles and handling paperwork to register vehicles. He then went on to work at another company, where he specialized in claim management of all types of policies. His move to HCC in 2019 assisted in rounding off his knowledge to cover many aspects of insurance. Hayden has his Associate's Degree in Business and holds his Property & Casualty license. In his off time, Hayden enjoys woodworking, riding his motorcycle, and spending time with his soon-to-be wife and his two cats. Hayden earned his Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA) designation in 2023.
Jennifer started with HCC in 2023 as a personal lines account manager. She started her insurance career in 2013 at a local insurance company and has over 9 years of agency Personal Lines Account Manager experience. In her spare time, she enjoys being with her husband and their two daughters.
Peter Covill joined the agency in 1984. Pete loves insurance and is passionate about finding the right coverage for his clients at the right price. He takes the time to understand each client's individuals risk and needs and develops an insurance program that fits. He strives to deliver the best customer service possible. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in Business Management in 1996 from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. He received his Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 2015. The coveted Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation signifies a higher professional level of experience and competence. Peter served as President of the Massachusetts User Group of Applied Systems from 1995-1998. Applied Systems is the premier insurance management system. He has also served on many community boards. He is currently the President of Summit Referral Group, a local business networking group that meets weekly. He currently serves as the Treasurer of the New Bedford Art Museum / Artworks! Pete is an avid birder and has been all over the country photographing birds. He also loves to cook and spend time in his garden and with his dogs. In 2023, Pete was awarded "Agent of the Year for Selflessness" by (IAOA) Insurance Agents Owners Alliance, a group of independent insurance agency owners with 10,000 members throughout the US & Canada.

Rosemary has been an Account Manager with HCC since 2014. She is licensed in both Property & Casualty insurance and is working toward her AILP designation. She has over 15 years of experience in customer service in the insurance industry. She attained her B.S. in Management with Johnson & Wales University. When Rosemary is not providing great service to our clients, she is spending time with her husband, her two sons and her dog.
Savannah joined the HCC team in fall of 2023 and is currently working on obtaining a Property and Casualty license for both Personal and Commercial lines. She comes from an accounting background and is a board member of the New Bedford Bears Youth Football League. She spends her free time continuing her education, volunteering in the community, and participating in travel sporting events with her 3 children.
The great-grandson of Raymond Covill, Humphrey & Covill's original founder in 1926, Wiley proudly continues the legacy as the fourth generation. Wiley joined the agency in 2018 and is currently the Quality Manager. He is a licensed Property & Casualty agent while also being taught the business side of the agency. He hopes to one day take over the business and continue in his family's footsteps. Wiley is a member of the Highpointers Club whose goal is to climb the highest mountain in each of the fifty states, promote preservation and conservation of the highpoints, and assist in the care and maintenance of highpoints. He currently has completed 25 states.
