Adan started working at San Bernardino Steel in 1994 as a CNC Programmer. He was later promoted to Shop Foreman. In 1999, he moved to the corporate office and held senior project management, production, and quality control positions. He returned to San Bernardino Steel in 2008 as Plant Superintendent, and in 2013, he took on the role of Plant Manager. Adan was promoted to Vice President in 2019.

Benny became Stockton Steel's Plant Superintendent when he joined Herrick in 2018. He has over 21 years of experience fabricating structural and miscellaneous steel. This includes 12 years as a shop ironworker and front office roles in fabrication, project, and production management.

Bo Perkins

Bo started his career at Herrick by interning during the summers of 2008 and 2009. He was later hired as a Project Engineer in 2011. Bo has worked on several notable projects, including the LAX Bradley West Gates, LA Federal Courthouse, Facebook West Campus, and 181 Fremont. He was promoted to Project Manager in 2016, Assistant Construction Manager in 2018, and Construction Engineering Manager in 2019.

Bobby Bunma

Bobby has worked in the commercial structural steel industry for over 20 years. He has a wide range of project experience, having worked on various projects, from wineries to large commercial warehouses. Bobby is always eager to learn and take on new challenges.

Carey Matthews - VP of Sales

Carey became a part of Herrick in May 2021, bringing him over 25 years of experience in sales and contracting. He has worked in various capacities in the steel industry. He has been involved in the construction of multiple types of buildings, including office buildings, airports, sports venues, hospitals, and high-rise towers. Carey has diverse skills, from estimating and project management to contracting, scheduling, site construction, and logistics. He is well-equipped to provide clients with early planning, strategy development, design solutions, pre-construction services, and long-lasting partnerships.

Cody Stipe

Cody began his career in the structural steel industry right after finishing high school. He started as a shop ironworker in 2008. Later, Cody attended the Ironworkers Apprenticeship & Training Program in Benicia, CA. In 2017, he joined Herrick's front office as a Project Coordinator. Since then, he has been promoted to Project Engineer/Assistant Project Manager.

Cooper Morrison

Cooper is currently pursuing his BS in Project Management from CSU Long Beach, CA, and is expected to graduate early in 2024. Prior to joining Herrick as a Project Engineer in July 2023, he worked as a Project Engineer with a well-respected general contractor. Cooper has experience working on projects in various industries including healthcare (HCAI/OSHPD), automotive, and manufacturing facilities.

Damian Llanos

Damian began his career in the construction industry as a welder's assistant for a pipeline company in 2002. He joined the UA Local 38 Plumbers & Pipefitters Union in 2005 and became a journeyman plumber and welder. In 2015, he transitioned to structural steel estimating, and five years later, he joined Herrick as a Senior Estimator, where he focuses on field operations.

Daniel Raya

Project Engineer

Daniel completed his Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Merced, in 2019. Post-graduation, he worked as an Associate Engineer and Engineering Consultant, providing consultation services for utility and infrastructure projects in the San Francisco metropolitan area. In 2023, he joined Herrick as a Project Engineer and has been enjoying his work in the structural steel industry.
