Lisa Minchau

I am proud to serve as the Administrative Assistant at Wealth Strategies. My responsibilities include processing paperwork for clients, servicing client requests, scheduling appointments, and answering phones. I have worked in the financial services industry for over 8 years and in a human resources position for over 20 years. I specialize in focusing on excellent client support that will enhance the client's relationship with our office. Previously, I worked at HDR Insurance Services. What motivates me the most is helping and providing answers and assistance to clients. I received a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from California State University at Sacramento. When it comes to my job, I most enjoy being able to help resolve any problems that clients may have. I believe that the greatest value I provide clients is my ability to listen. I look forward to getting to know each client on a more personal level. When I am not servicing clients, I enjoy working in the yard, playing piano, spending time with my family, volunteering, and taking care of our rescue animals.

Marsha Holland

As a Marketing Consultant at Wealth Strategies, my responsibilities include getting Wealth Strategies' name out to the public. This involves setting up seminars, scheduling meetings, and looking for new opportunities for the business to expand. I have worked in the financial services industry for over 10 years. I specialize in doing the fun things for the office and our clients. Always looking for opportunities to expand the depth of the practice, I'm always open for new ideas and how to implement them. If you've ever received any kind of card from us, check for my fingerprints! Before joining Wealth Strategies, I worked as a marketing consultant for an estate planning attorney, director of relocation for a large real estate firm, and a commercial real estate broker. When it comes to my job, I most enjoy working with a really great team, and it makes me feel good that I can help contribute to the business in small ways. What motivates me the most is knowing that I am helping the team in increasing our base of clients. I obtained a bachelor's degree in marketing from California State University at Fresno. In my spare time, I absolutely love doing all the social dances (except Argentine Tango) and have been a contest participant. I love going to movies and am an active member of the Renaissance Society at CSUS.

Nashoba R. Bailey

Nash is the firm's newest advisor but has been investing since he was 12 years old. He has co-authored a book and teaches class at a local college. Nash loves to stay current on new policies and trends.

In my role, I am responsible for supporting the office staff by assisting with marketing efforts, public relations outreach, computer tasks, ad hoc requests, and maintaining the firm's online presence. Additionally, I lend my expertise in computer and data-input-related tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our daily activities. Prior to joining Wealth Strategies, I had the privilege of being self-employed, and this firm has been one of my valued clients for over two years. This experience provided me with a deep understanding of how the financial industry operates, allowing me to seamlessly transition into my current role. Motivated by a strong appreciation for the value of learning, I pursued higher education. I achieved an associates degree in Media Arts, a Bachelor's degree in Communications and a Masters degree in Film & Television. What I find most fulfilling in my job is making efforts to positively impact clients' lives, bringing them a sense of security and stability in an ever-changing financial landscape. I strive to build long-lasting relationships based on trust and mutual respect. When approaching any endeavor, I consistently ask myself, "How does what I am doing make other people's lives better?" This mindset fuels my motivation to assist our clients and contribute to their financial well-being, ultimately enhancing their overall quality of life.
