Linda O'Brien, CPM is the President and CEO of Housing Advisors International, LLC. Linda O'Brien has over nineteen years experience in multi-family, senior housing and assisted living real estate strategic planning, execution and oversight in 27 US states and the United Kingdom. Additionally, Linda O'Brien is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Nevada where she has represented both buyers and sellers in the sale and purchase of single-family residences. Career emphasis has been on property management, development, asset management and owner services to private developers, institutional and international foreign investors.
Prior to the establishment of Housing Advisors International, Linda O'Brien served as Vice President of Asset Management for Sunrise Senior Living, Inc. With the acquisition of Marriott Senior Living services, Sunrise Senior Living became the nation's largest provider of senior/assisted living services. Ms. O'Brien was responsible for the start up of the Asset Management department when Sunrise Senior Living's goals changed from being an owner/manager to a management services company.
Prior to joining Sunrise Senior Living, Linda O'Brien served as Vice President of Pacific Properties and Development for nearly nine years.
