Lori Kafafian brings years of dynamic HR expertise to organizations interested in improving their operations and enhancing their reputations in the marketplace. An experienced leader and team facilitator, she has worked with diverse groups and cultures in a variety of settings. Her skilled individualized coaching and enlightened team building have advanced the effectiveness of senior executives and produced cohesive management teams. In the global arena, Lori has spearheaded campaigns to achieve organizational alignment around a company's brand through internal and external marketing vehicles. She has conducted organizational audits on both the macro and infrastructure level to promote best practices throughout the breadth of an organization. Her contributions to the merger and acquisition process have enhanced the ease of integration and provided the foundation for enduring business synergies. Understanding the essential nature of the talent pipeline, Lori has facilitated robust succession planning processes to help organizations close the talent gap and further prepare hi-potentials for future organizational needs. At the C-suite level, Lori has worked with CEOs and their leadership teams to better execute on company strategy and enhance capabilities for the long term. She has coached countless executives in determining leadership imperatives, improving stakeholder relations, leveraging organizational resources, increasing overall impact and garnering the necessary followership. Lori previously held Executive Vice President and Partner level positions in a global human resources capacity at such companies as GCI Group, Ketchum Communications and Young & Rubicam. She received her BA in Psychology from West Virginia University, pursued her MA in Counseling Psychology at Seton Hall University and attended the International University of London for Advanced Psychological Studies. Additionally, Lori has lived and worked in Germany, Austria and the UK, and worked extensively throughout Asia/Pac, EMEA and the Americas. With experience in engineering, automotive, finance & banking, sports & entertainment, fashion & beauty, pharmaceutical & healthcare, media & marketing, energy and the non-profit sectors, Lori provides targeted counsel with high regard for cultural nuances and the working environment.
