Dr. Ashok Agarwal is a Gold medalist in Mechanical Engineering from BITS Pilani and did his Masters and Doctoral Program from University of Minnesota.
As an entrepreneur, from 1986 onwards Dr. Agarwal was involved in setting up various IT organizations in India Like ACS Technologies Ltd, Era Software Systems (P) Ltd ( a software product company and took the US counter part for IPO on NASDAQ )and Cyber Media India Ltd. ( publisher of Data Quest ) ( IPO in 2005) He was founder of SQL Star International and worked there as Managing Director till 2003. Took the company for an IPO in the year 1998.
Dr. Agarwal was Chairman of Division V, Data Communication during 2003-2005 in Execom of CSI and Convener of CSI - Nihilent e-Governance awards. He was Event Chairman for the Annual convention of Computer Society of India (CSI 2005) at Hyderabad during 2005 and currently Convener of Special Interest Group one Governance for CSI and representing CSI in IFIP TC8.
Dr. Agarwal is currently on the Board of School of Management Studies Central University; Andhra Mahila Sabha School of Informatics, Osmania University; Cyber Media India Ltd; B2B Software; VASOL Tooling Pvt. Ltd.; Reliance Cellulose Ltd and several other organizations.

Dr. Girja Jalla is practicing Medicine in the State of Virginia, USA, since 1982.
She is recipient of Governor's Award, Gold Medal for Outstanding Performance in Internal Medicine in medical school. She completed Graduate (Post Graduate) study in Internal Medicine from Georgetown University, Washington DC, USA and graduated in Medicine from University of Kashmir, India. Medical Staff Position from 1985 to present, Virginia Hospital Center, Arlington, VA.
Served as Chairperson Board Member on Executive Board at Northern Virginia and Served as Board member of Condominium Building Association Northern Virginia Doctors Medical Center. Currently she is member of American Medical Association, Arlington Medical Society, and Virginia Medical Society.

Mr. A K Jalla is one of the promoter and founder member & Director of International Design and Engineering Solutions Pvt. Ltd. He has more than 35 years of experience in to various capacities of Marketing, sales, Strategic Planning, Human Resource Development, Business Relations and Corporate Administration. Has worked with Avery India Ltd a multinational Company for about 20 years and left as Business Center Head. His last corporate assignment was with Atco Industries as General Manager & Head of All India Sales.
He left Atco Industries to start a new concept of Off Shore operations for Engineering and Software services from India for CEC. of US in 1993, anticipating the concept of "Off Shore development model" for companies at US. As Vice President - Overseas Operations. , he established world class business centers for CEC, at Pune and Gurgaon.
Mr. A K Jalla is Life member of Metrology Society of India (NPL- New Delhi), Founder member of KP Chamber of Commerce, Founder member of Kashmir Education Cultural & Science Society, Founder Trustee of KV Trust. He is also associated with J&K Chamber of Commerce a regular invitee at CII, New Delhi,
Mr. Jalla has wide experience of human development and to share his experience and knowledge he goes to different business schools as a guest lecturer to motivate the tomorrow's nation builders.

Ajai has been with IDES for the past 20 years and has been critically involved at various levels during his tenure on a multitude of development related efforts.
He has 20 years global software development experience and has been personally involved on the development of more than 50 engineering applications along with numerous enterprise management solutions.
Ajai is a seasoned veteran experienced with various facets of the software development lifecycle.
