Brian Harlan

He is from a family of third generation builders located in Malvern, Pennsylvania. Graduated in the top of his class from the Edmund Weiss School of Business at Susquehanna University with a degree in Finance and is a licensed Realtor in Pennsylvania, Maryland and New Jersey. His education, career and expertise in construction, real estate development and cost control has made him a very important asset to us for several years.

Christopher Reagoso

Christopher Reagoso, Vice-President of Internet Technology and Telecommunications has a vast number of programming certifications including several with Microsoft, Intuit, Linux and more. His primary objectives are to maximize revenues and improve efficiencies through technology. He served Inns of Distinction on a part-time basis after spending several years with the United States Air Force and Northrop Corporation, a major U.S. Defense Department contractor, in the capacity of Systems Analyst and Senior Programmer.

D. Randolph Howat

D. Randolph Howat has served as Vice-President of Sales & Marketing for Inns of Distinction since 1994. His efforts are spent entirely in the areas of market development, sales training and merchandising. Prior to joining Inns of Distinction, he was employed by OMNI Hotels, Inc. and a large privately owned hotel development company located in Valley Forge, Pa. With more than 20 years of hotel sales experience, Randy has a vast amount of knowledge and experience with the corporate association, government, tour and travel markets. In December 2005, Randy joined the Board of Advisors of Historic Hotels of America based in Washington, D.C. He is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, class of 1981.

Frank D. Reagoso - Founder, President

Inns of Distinction founder, President Frank Reagoso has been actively involved in the organization and its partner hotels since its inception over 25 years ago with a hands on approach. The Inns of Distinction Management Team is known for commitment, dedication and for creating the right environment to insure quality guest experiences at all of its hospitality properties while maximizing revenue opportunities. The Inns of Distinction Management Team is a group of individuals comprised of experts from all disciplines. Frank Reagoso has a 30-year career in hotel marketing and management with expertise spanning downtown, suburban, airport and resort hotel facilities. Frank founded Inns of Distinction, Inc. in 1984, using his extensive experience to help properties significantly improve revenues, operating efficiencies, and profits. Hotels operated by the company have consistently and quickly experienced improved financial results, and, in practically all the market leaders occupancy, rate and profit. Prior to founding Inns of Distinction, Frank served as General Manager of seven successful hotels ranging in size from 140 rooms to 770 rooms. Five of these properties were leading Sheraton Hotel franchises owned and operated by OMNI Hotels, Inc. His primary concentration was financial turnarounds of existing properties and the opening and stabilization of new hotels. In these positions, he achieved successful results, evidenced by dramatic increases in revenues, occupancy and operating profits. In addition, Frank served as Vice President of hotel operations, acquisitions and development for several major investment firms in Delaware Valley, and was responsible for managing the Valley Forge Hilton, the Holiday Inn on City Avenue in Philadelphia, the Holiday Inn in King of Prussia, PA, as well as the development of the Holiday Inn at JFK Airport in New york. Frank has also served as Regional Sales Manager for Pennsylvania with ITT Sheraton Corporation and taught college level Hotel Marketing in Massachusetts. A United States Navy veteran and Philadelphia native. Frank graduated in 1973 from St. Joseph's University.

Thierry Bompard

As Vice President of Operations & Finance for Inns of Distinction, Thierry Bompard focuses the development and improvement of property management systems, controls, accounting practices and financial procedures. he has extensive experience with hotels and cruise lines and is a graduate of the Thonon School of Hotel & Restaurant Management in France. Prior to joining Inns of Distinction, Thierry served as Food and Beverage Manager for four major cruise lines and held various positions at Hilton International, Pullman International and Le Meriden Hotels in Lyon, France and London, England. He was later hired to open the Safari Hotel's most prestigious restaurant in Port-Gentil, Gabon. Joining Inns of Distinction in 1990, Thierry was appointed to General Manager of the Independence Park Inn in Philadelphia. In 1997, he was promoted to general Manager of the Best Western, Westminster Hotel in Westminster, Md., owned by McDaniel College. During Thierry's first two years the gross operating profit for this property increased by more than 250 percent.
