Cedrick is the Chief Resilience Officer and CSO at Holcim. He has over 25 years' experience across banking, mining, extractive, building and military sectors. He has been an ISMA member since 2006, a Board Director since 2021, is a member of ISMA's External Relations Committee, and currently serves as the Board Secretary.

Chris is Vice President, Global Security and Resilience Services at Google Inc. Before joining Google in 2016, he was the Chief Resilience Officer for AECOM and prior to that, Chris served as the VP Corporate Security at ABB, Inc. Before his corporate career, Chris was a Special Agent in the FBI and a U.S. Navy SEAL officer. Chris has been a member of ISMA since 2011, has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2019, and and served as President from July 2022 - June 2023.

Geoff is the Divisional Vice President of Global Security for Abbott and has over 30 years' experience in policing, intelligence, diplomacy, and security. Previously, he directed the Investigative Operations Division for the United States Marshals Service and was the Senior Executive Service agency head of INTERPOL for the U.S. National Bureau. He has been an ISMA member since 2017, a Board Director since 2020, and is chair of ISMA's External Relations Committee.

George is Vice President of Safety and Security at Impossible Foods. George has over 33 years of experience ranging from law enforcement to some of the best known, fast-growth start-ups as a CSO. He has been an ISMA member since 2011, is currently the Board Treasurer, and serves on both the ISMA Education and Finance Committees.

Jana was previously the Vice President of Global Security at Herbalife as well as the Chief Security Officer at Southern Electric company and had over 25 years' experience in the FBI prior to her corporate career. Jana has been an ISMA member since 2007, a Board Director since 2020, and currently chairs ISMA's Diversity and Inclusion Committee and is a member of the Education Committee.

Kirsten has nearly 20 years' experience in corporate security preceded by service in the US Army. She previously served in Corporate Security at Bed Bath & Beyond, as the Director, Corporate Security at BASF Corporation, as the Chief Security Officer at Kraft Foods & Mondelez International, and with the Philip Morris and Altria security departments. Kirsten has been an ISMA member since 2011, and is currently the First Vice President.

Lacey Miller is ISMA's Membership Services and Operations Manager and is responsible for developing strategies to engage, connect, and serve the membership while providing an exceptional member experience. This includes conference planning activities, website management, and association operations. Lacey has more than a decade of experience working in association management delivering operational excellence to serve the membership. Liz Chamberlin is the Executive Director of the International Security Management Association (ISMA). Liz has been with ISMA for more than a decade, and is an experienced executive director with expertise in management, governance, and strategy. She began her career in law, where she focused on insurance defense litigation, workers compensation, and corporate litigation matters. Liz is UK based with her husband and a pack of Jack Russell terriers.

Marcelo is the Vice President and Global Security and Resilience Officer at Assurant, Inc. He has 30 years of experience ranging from law enforcement to corporate security and resiliency. Prior to Assurant, he was the Vice President, Global Security at Sony Pictures Entertainment. He joined ISMA in 2018, currently services on the ISMA Audit Committee, and has been a Board Director since 2022.

Molly Jin is ISMA's Director of Education and Knowledge Management and is responsible for the development and implementation of ISMA's educational suite. Molly has more than a decade of experience working in association management developing a wide range of educational products and services. Niall is the Group Director of Security at Sky. He has over 30 years' experience in British Government and private sector security roles. He previously served as the Global Security Director for Diageo and as a regional security for the Royal Bank of Scotland. He has extensive international and emerging markets experience. He has been an ISMA member since 2009 and previously served as a Board Director between 2016 and 2019, when he chaired the ISMA Audit Committee and currently serves as the Second Vice President.

Paul has 25 years of experience in law enforcement, corporate security, information security, privacy, compliance, and systemic risk. He was previously the Senior Vice President CSO/CISO at EchoStar and prior to that the Chief Security Officer at MillerCoors. Paul joined ISMA in 2010 and has been a Board Director since 2022.

Before joining Macquarie, he lead executive protection for Goldman Sachs International and prior to that he was the Protection Team Leader for President Nelson Mandela. He has been an ISMA member since 2014 and a Board Director since 2021. He currently also serves as chair of the ISMA Education Committee.
