IPMS - Key Persons
Bridget Swift is the Project Manager at IPMS. She has spent over 10 years with the company and is responsible for managing our short and long-term AR projects and call center services. Her strong communication and client skills enhance IPMS's process-driven management philosophy.
She has experience working with a multitude of specialties and many billing platforms. She is known throughout the office as the resident billing software expert and is always willing to help show coworkers and clients new ways of navigating their system for maximum efficiency.
Bridget uses her trained eye to identify trends and concerns and then offers solutions to her clients to streamline processes, increase productivity and avoid reimbursement delays going forward. When working with Bridget, you can expect that she will be able to quickly assemble and train a team of seasoned reimbursement specialists to tackle your project so that they can hit the ground running.
When she's not busy learning a new specialty, she can be found at home cooking a gourmet meal for her husband or cuddling on the couch with her pugs.
Chris Fisher has been with IPMS since 2014. He started as an extern from Branford Hall and his talents and skills earned him several promotions working in several client specialties to his current position of Account Manager. He is very knowledgeable about billing rules and manages several practices. Chris is always available for his clients and enjoys working directly with them to help them reach their goals.
Chris has a long background in customer service and takes pride in providing the highest level of service to his clients. He is familiar with several different EHR and billing systems including Nextech, EZDerm and Healthpac. He also has his Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification from the AAPC where he has been a member of the Hartford chapter since 2014.
In his free time Chris enjoys traveling, being outdoors, going to concerts and spending time with friends and family.
Cynthia Ambrose has over 30 years of experience in the Administrative field and has held the position of Human Resources Manager with IPMS since 1998.

- Medical Auditing Division Manager
Doreen Clark is the Medical Auditing Division Manager at IPMS. Doreen has been with the company since 2011. In addition to coding for various specialties, she has conducted audits and training for employees and clients. She takes great pride in being a knowledgeable resource for her clients in the areas of insurance company policies and procedures as well as coding compliance. Doreen holds certification as a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) and Certified Professional Medical Auditor (CPMA).
Doreen enjoys teaching and has developed a good rapport with many of the providers that she has worked with. Her goal is to provide them with the knowledge and guidance to navigate the coding and documentation guidelines in order to remain compliant.
Doreen enjoys singing and is a member of both her church choir and the Plainville Choral Society. She also enjoys spending time with and spoiling her grandson.
Emilia Grochowska joined IPMS's Accounting team in June 2009 and has been leading the department as the Controller since 2014. In this role, she oversees financial statement preparation including various revenue and cost analyses to determine company profitability, budgeting, cash management, payroll and accounts payable functions for IPMS and its clients. She takes pride in leading a team of highly talented individuals who strive to deliver the best results when providing financial services. She believes that the key to the company's success is in teamwork and enjoys being part of the Accounting team as well as working with other teams to achieve common goals.
Prior to joining IPMS, she worked as a financial analyst at Stanley Works. Emilia earned B.S. and M.S. in finance & banking from Warsaw School of Economics in Poland and MBA with concentration in accounting from Central Connecticut State University.
In her spare time, Emilia enjoys spending time with her family, playing sports-especially volleyball-and riding her bike.

- Office Services Manager and IT Support Specialist
Fatima LaChance is the Office Services Manager and IT Support Specialist at IPMS and has been with the company since 2007. Fatima oversees our office space and equipment and she is the "go to" person working with the entire IPMS staff taking care of a variety issues ranging from IT questions and troubleshooting, obtaining supplies, assisting with client requests, and providing key administrative functions. Fatima manages our various IT vendor relationships and is known for her calm demeanor and ability to get things done.
Fatima loves spending time with her spouse, children, and the large family she comes from. In her spare time, she enjoys crafting small items she knows her family will love. An avid baker, Fatima likes to experiment with new recipes and solicits her family to be taste-testers.
Fatima LaChance is the Office Services Manager and IT Support Specialist at IPMS. Since her start with IPMS in 2007, Fatima has managed and overseen the daily operations of the organization.
Jennifer Vail is a graduate from the University of Hartford. She began her medical administration career with IPMS in 2010 and returned to the company after spending several years working for medical practices.

Jolanta Kowalczyk is the Manager of Administrative Services at IPMS and has been with the company since 1999. She obtained her Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification from the American Academy of Professional Coders. In her role, she oversees Compliance and IT Departments as well as the Clerical Team.
Jolanta manages various vendor relationships, performs Quality Assurance Audits and works collectively with Account Managers to ensure goals are being met. Jolanta takes great pride in delivering superior levels of customer service to our clients.
In her free time, Jolanta loves spending time with her family, reading, taking trips to Europe and going to the beach.

Lisa Powell is our Financial Systems Administrator. Lisa brings more than 40 years of medical billing experience to our organization, where she has served since 1988 and is responsible for the management of our in-house practice management system.
Liz Dickman is the CEO of Integrated Physicians Management Services. She has been with IPMS since 1999, growing alongside the company from a Controller to the Chief Financial Officer and now assumes the role of CEO.
Beyond leading IPMS to continued growth and success, Liz may also work directly with clients on key projects in an advisory and organizational capacity. She also enjoys being a cheerleader for our Management Team and staff, helping them deliver outstanding service to our clients.
Liz takes pride in helping medical practices and physicians achieve success by cultivating a team of highly-dedicated experts and promoting a positive working atmosphere. She believes that providing superior service and positive financial results for medical practices is built upon having a team with a strong aptitude for creativity, professionalism, integrity, and dependability. She is focused on improving the skills and development of our staff and translating our knowledge and industry experience into great service and real, tangible outcomes for clients.
Liz enjoys spending time in the outdoors hiking and discovering new trails to walk with her family. She loves rocking out to music while cooking and reading when she can find the time.

Melanie Frye is the Chief Operating Officer at IPMS. She brings more than 20 years of expertise in Revenue Cycle Management services to IPMS. She is responsible for leading business onboarding and operations.
Melanie works collaboratively with the Executive team, as well as her Management staff to achieve optimal results for IPMS and our clients. She is committed to delivering superior service, maximizing outcomes and helping clients with any business need they have. Melanie is passionate about providing physicians the services and support they need to give them peace of mind, allowing them to focus on patient care.
Melanie is an active member of the Connecticut Medical Group Management Association (CMGMA). She appreciates their mutually beneficial sponsorship opportunities, as well as supporting and playing in their annual golf outing. Melanie's outgoing personality makes her a perfect fit for "manning our booth" in supporting state societies such as the Connecticut Orthopedic Society and Connecticut Society of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery.
In her free time, Melanie can be found making memories with her husband and four children. She enjoys volunteering in her church, rollerblading, and visiting Disney World. Being an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan, she bleeds green.

Michele Krpata is the Compliance Officer, Quality Reporting Analyst at IPMS. She has been with IPMS for more than 19 years and began her tenure as a Medical Reimbursement Specialist, transitioning to Coding and Compliance Management.

Monique Milhomens is the Coding Supervisor at IPMS and currently holds certification as a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) and Certified Professional Auditor (CPMA).
Sylvia Sznaj has been an Account Manager at IPMS for more than 10 years. During this time, she has managed multiple specialty practices including anesthesia, pain management, rheumatology, orthopedics, urgent care, and most recently, dermatology.
Tina Martinez is a Senior Account Manager at IPMS and has been with the company for more than 20 years. Tina specializes in implementing best practice revenue cycle management methodologies to optimize billing processes and procedures to provide a successful financial performance for her clients.
Tina's expertise includes client on-boarding and implementation, payer contract negotiations, A/R and denial management and analysis, and all aspects of medical billing, reporting and consulting. She has extensive experience managing many specialty practices and serves as our Pathology lead.
Tina's knowledge shines through in her education to third party payers on the nuances of pathology billing and has been successful in overturning and correcting insurance carrier claims. Tina's attention to detail and responsiveness to each of her clients is her number one priority. Her professionalism, efficiency, and results-driven attitude shows her commitment to ensuring the success of her clients' bottom line.
Tina enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter-whether it is taking road trips, walks, watching movies or chasing after their crazy dog. She loves to travel and all things Disney and adores being around her big Italian family.
