John Dee Fair (nickname: "John Dee") has over 30 years of experience measuring consumer behavior, spanning marketing research and predictive modeling in dozens of different industries. He developed his unique perspective on why people buy after moderating hundreds of focus groups, surveying hundreds-of-thousands of consumers and analyzing the purchase history of millions of customers... Most recently, Mr. Fair was Vice President of Customer Insights at Sephora, the international beauty product retailer, where he focused on driving sales using their innovative loyalty program, targeted online marketing and increasing customer satisfaction. His team measured the traffic for the world's largest Beauty Products website, and he was directly involved in social media and iPhone app initiatives.
