JRD Systems was founded in 2001, in Clinton Township, Michigan by entrepreneur, Jai Reddy. Jai studied to be a Programmer but shortly after graduation he knew that wasn't the right fit. During his schooling, he was asked to recruit programmers for a project and it was at that point that he knew recruiting was a better fit. Jai began as a one-man-shop; recruiter in the morning, salesmen by lunch, and operations by evening. Steadily he grew the business; building relationships one-by-one and growing his team, ensuring the right people where in the right seats. Constantly innovating, leveraging technology and investing in his people, Jai was determined to continue to grow the business during the dismal economic climate of the early 2000s... JRD Systems has grown from a Recruiting Firm into a Technology House providing IT Consulting, Managed Services, Technology Solutions and Full-Service Staffing and Recruiting to startups and Fortune 500 companies across the globe.
