Our Practice Manager, Danielle Heidel, oversees all administrative aspects of the practice and its daily operation. Her experience and caring nature set the tone for our team.

- Family Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Laura Orsatti Weissflog is a licensed Family Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and is board-certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatric-Mental Health as a Clinical Nurse Specialist. Prior to joining Dr. Naser and Associates, Ms. Weissflog has practiced within outpatient community mental health, crisis-residential, acute crisis-diversion, day partial as well as intensive outpatient and private practice outpatient settings.
Terri Leone is a licensed, board-certified, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Ms. Leone provides compassionate, trauma-informed care, and has experience treating all psychiatric concerns, including ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD); Schizophrenia and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Ms. Leone has worked with children and adolescents in outpatient community mental health, and has a special interest in Domestic Violence - working as a women's health nurse prior to specializing in psychiatry.
Ms. Leone is accepting new patients for psychiatric evaluations, second opinions and ongoing medication management.

Terry Peura is a licensed pediatric nurse practitioner. He has been working with Dr. Naser since 2005. Prior to working with Dr. Naser, Mr. Peura worked in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings.
Mr. Peura provides psychiatric services for those under the age of 21, including psychiatric evaluations, second opinions and medication management.
