Since taking on leadership of the company in 1988, Marilyn and Joe have lead the company new levels of success. By this point, the company was actively working in the counties of Cook, DuPage, Lake, Elgin, Will, Kane and the Rockford locals. The company has continued to grow to the point where more field staff had to be brought on. They moved the office from North Riverside, IL to Lyons, IL where it stayed until 2016. In 2002, their eldest son, Joe Moore IV, was brought on as Vice President of the company after serving his own electrical apprenticeship. This began a transition into a third generation of a family operated company. Proud of what their grandparents and parents built, Marilyn and Joe's three other children have now come aboard to help continue the business. Matthew is efficient in computer aided drafting and is working on building his skills as a project manager. Caroline and Megan maintain the accounting operations of the company.
