Professionally, Attorney Johnson is a current and/or previous member or volunteer of several associations and organizations, including the State Bar of Georgia, Gwinnett County Bar Association, Hands on Atlanta, Atlanta Sports and Social Club, Gate City Bar Association, Gwinnett County Chamber of Commerce, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), and Lawyers With Purpose (LWP), Wills Clinic Volunteer and Gwinnett County Probate Pro Bono Attorney.
Attorney Johnson is married with 3 children and enjoys traveling, writing and cooking.
Since opening her law office over 15 years ago, "Protecting your personal, property and financial interests" has been Attorney Johnson's goal for all her clients - regardless of their socio-economical background. While working in litigation at Sutherland, Asbill and Brennan, PC in Atlanta for accounting fraud cases to representing pro bono clients in landlord tenant cases, Attorney Johnson knew there was always a need for vigorous representation at all levels.
Earning her Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) from The University of Georgia and her Juris Doctorate (J.D.) at The Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge, LA, Attorney Johnson was well prepared to embark into private practice soon after becoming a member of the Georgia State Bar as a licensed attorney.
Attorney Johnson's initial experience in forming and incorporating small businesses, led to forming independent music labels and negotiating business contracts, and operating and partnership agreements.
Expanding her practice over the years, Ms. Johnson now has gained significant experience in residential Real Estate closings, Personal Injury (Car Accidents) and Mental Health Commitment Hearings, representing clients who have been involuntarily committed to mental hospitals.
