Caleb Johnson began with JRC in 2009 as a National Account Manager. He quickly progressed as the Nationals Sales Manager and then became the Chief Operating Officer. After serving 4 years as the COO, Kirk Johnson announced that Caleb would be replacing him as the new CEO in January of 2018. Upholding the core principles of honesty, authenticity, and dedication, Caleb continues to steer JRC towards new heights of success while maintaining their unwavering commitment to excellence.

Cody McCarter started with JRC in 2006 as the company's Controller. In 2011, he was promoted to Chief Financial Officer. After serving 7 years as the CFO, he was promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Cody assumes a strategic role in the overall management of JRC. He is ultimately responsible for securing the functionality of JRC and for driving growth.

Ty Epley begin his career with JRC in 1990. With 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Ty manages all of the roofing and exterior renovations for the company. He effectively oversees the production development, which has contributed largely to JRC's success.
