As someone who has worked in various domains over the years, Binita brings a wealth of wisdom to the company. Binita holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and a Master of Business Administration degree in HR + Networking. She started her career with Vodafone where she directly worked with customers and learnt the value of customer service. This experience has been vital for her when she joined vTech Solution in 2016. Here at vTech as an Associate Technical Project manager, she is accountable for managing project with various project management techniques that includes Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Critical Path Method (CPM), Scrum, Kanban, Gantt, and Waterfall module. Apart from these, she ensures end-to-end project management, agile methodology, streamlining the processes and coordinating with the stakeholders and stockholders. She also specializes in Lean Six Sigma- Green Belt Certified, BA Certified, Agile Methodology, Project Management, Scrum Master. With all her knowledge and experience, she remains grounded in her belief that, our attitude is what influences all our actions. It is only the right attitude, which gets us good results.
Chirag brings a plethora of knowledge to the table as an experienced internet industry technical lead. Prior to joining vTech, Chirag served in various technical roles providing technical solutions, implementing CI/CD, working on emerging tech, database, CMS/Framework and advanced coding patterns. He is responsible for the day-to-day business operations at vTech, overseeing the execution of vTech's Client Services and Client Relationship teams and driving the company's long-term strategy. Haresh started his career as a Software Engineer, where he designed, developed, integrated, and implemented enterprise-level information systems, managing a large team of resources. Prior to vTech, he had also served as Managing Director of FTI Consulting, where he executed and introduced value-added offerings to clients and worked on the development of competitive solutions. Haresh is a graduate of the University of Phoenix and holds a Master's degree in Information System Management.
