Bob started his construction career in 1977 in Bozeman, Montana. He's maintained a career in construction ever since, while also enjoying a life of mountain biking and skiing. KMV can always rely on Bob's projects to be clean, safe and held to the highest quality standards.
When he's not on the job site, you will find Dave riding 100 miles/day on his road bike (we're not exaggerating). Dave's carpentry skills and wealth of knowledge do not disappoint!
Erin brings a calm, professional composure to every project he runs. His 40 years in the construction industry insures the highest possible quality standards combined with a smooth construction process. As a principal in the company, Erin cares deeply about all his projects and creates lasting relationships with his clients. It would be hard to find a better superintendent.
Don't let his British accent fool you; Frank has been living in Ketchum for over 16 years (11 of those with KMV). From Frank you can always expect punctuality, expert carpentry and a good sense of humor.
Nicole has great experience in office management, and keeps the office running smoothly and the finances on track!
Robin, a Sun Valley native, graduated magna cum laude in Economics from the University of Washington. She spent a few years skiing and working with a land management firm in Lake Tahoe, before returning to her roots in Idaho. She is involved in every project, whether it's budget estimates, value engineering, in-depth schedules or subcontractor agreements. She is our Senior Project Manager and a principal in our firm.
Steve founded KMV Builders in 1980, after a seven year stint as an investment advisor in a startup with his economics professor at UC Irvine. He is the backbone of KMV, overseeing all aspects of the company and maintaining KMV's longstanding integrity. Steve loves that he gets to create beautiful buildings while living in such a beautiful place.
Victor grew up in southern California, graduating from Long Beach State, before starting as a journeyman carpenter with KMV. It didn't take long for his talents to be recognized, and he quickly moved into the superintendent role. With enthusiasm and attention to detail, Victor has mastered the ins and outs of the construction business and become a vital principal of KMV Builders.
