Bruce Greene

Bruce has over 40 years of experience in engineering support, project management, business development, proposal generation, contract administration, and cost accounting. Bruce acts as project manager for our on-site Government contracts. He has in-depth expertise with management information systems including the development and installation of DCAA compliant cost accounting and project management systems and cost-effective labor reporting and financial management systems. During the past five years he has also developed multimedia experience as a professional photographer and digital media editor.

Dave Anderson - Founder, President

As President and founder of Key Group, Dave Anderson has over 40 years of experience in the marketing, management and technical performance of service contracts with the federal government. He has extensive knowledge of procurement regulations including the various set-a-side programs administered by the Small Business Administration. Dave is well known to the corporate and government contracting community in California as well as the south-western states. He maintains an extensive network of contacts throughout the DoD and NASA.

Susan Ortega

Job Titles:

Susan is a trained paralegal with over 15 years of experience in proposal production, contract administration, payroll processing, security control and facility management. She is a our primary contact with our field personnel. She also performs all human resources functions for Key Group and our clients. Susan has in-depth knowledge of document management systems. She collects, edits and merges documents from people at various locations to produce complex documents with text, graphics, charts and pictures. She is an expert at using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as various picture and graphic editing programs.
