In traveling throughout the Southeast region of the United States setting up law firms and title companies, a wealth of information has been gained which enables her to bring this level of service and expertise into her office and assist buyers and sellers in a professional and service oriented manner.
Ms. Burch has worked as a consultant to various underwriters over the years and is very knowledgeable as to the importance of preparing and streamlining the process of final settlements to both lenders and purchasers.
LuAnne Burch is also a licensed title agent for Chicago Title Insurance Company and Old Republic National Title Insurance Company.
