LEARN 911 - Key Persons

Debbie is a retired Public Safety Dispatch Supervisor for a Southern California City. She served both as an in-house instructor for her department and also served as a tactical dispatcher for the departments S.W.A.T. team when responding to high-risk incidents. She still serves as a Criminal Justice Instructor for P.O.S.T. certified courses for Dispatchers, Communication Training Officers, Civilian Supervisors, and Peace Officer Academies.

Steve is a retired Police Officer for a Southern California City. He served as a patrolman, Field Training Officer, Motor Officer, and Undercover Narcotics Investigator. He was also held assignments as a field supervisor and academy evaluator. He has contributed many hours in the 911 dispatch center.
