Mike oversees the day to day operations at Maryland Sunrooms. With over 35 years of experience in the construction field there isn't much that he hasn't seen. He has built many homes, designed many successful projects, has a cabinet makers eye for detail and isn't afraid to tackle any size project. He personally guarantees your complete satisfaction from your initial contact with us until we hand you the keys. Pete Cook

Pete has an extensive knowledge of all aspects of carpentry and related building trades with experience as a custom home builder and over 40 years of experience in the construction field. His knowledge of the Four Seasons Sunroom product line is second to none and is widely praised by our many satisfied clients. Pete's friendly nature has him loved by all. Steve Fennington

Steve has 25 plus years in retail banking and residential mortgage lending. Steve was attentive to his clients financial needs, he provided exceptional service and is good at providing solutions that meet ones need. His father was a home builder - he built three homes for his growing family - Steve learned some of the basics of home construction from his father during those home builds. He learned more as a homeowner and as a home construction lender, during his tenure with two local banking company's. Steve is a good listener, has good focus on the details and wants to make your dream project become an exciting reality.
