Cameron Kimbrough

Cameron has over 10 years of experience developing database systems for business applications and decision support. His expertise is in data modeling, database design, and developing custom web applications. Cameron has modeled and produced applications for a wide variety of industries including telecommunications, finance, and research. Prior to the MattMar Group Cameron specialized in airborne navigation and control systems simulation and analysis at Hughes Aircraft Company and TRW. He later joined Transamerica Occidental Life Company as an actuary responsible for asset-liability risk management. He received an M.S. in Operations Research from Stanford University and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from U.C. Berkeley. He is a SAS Certified Base Programmer and a member of the Bay Area .NET Users Group.

Michael has studied, lectured and performed productivity and performance enhancement studies for over 25 years. He has also led the specification process for large and small scale IT systems. Merging these skill sets assures that both costs and service levels are positively affected. This result pleases customers, shareholders and stakeholders. He has developed and implemented his approaches internationally and domestically across multiple industries that include high technology, healthcare and telecommunications. Prior to founding The MattMar Group, Inc., Michael was the CEO of TetraTech Communications, which was the largest telecommunications infrastructure provider in the United States. With operations in 15 countries, TetraTech's major customers were Nextel, AT&T, Cingular, Verizon, MetroPCS, Leap Wireless, Comcast, Rodgers Cable (Canada), Ericsson, Motorola, and American Tower. Before joining TetraTech, Michael served in a series of consulting and interim CEO roles and was a senior executive at Kaiser Permanente. Michael's educational credentials include engineering and management degrees from Stanford University.
