Mr. Marzell has been actively engaged in real estate for the past 45 years. He is a licensed real estate broker, a designated MAI Appraiser, and a Realtor. He has been specializing in real property tax consulting since 1990. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, The Appraisal Institute, and is a Certified State General Appraiser. 
Mr. Marzell is recognized as an expert, and has testified before various boards of taxation, state courts, and was appointed by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for valuation services. He has held a variety of prominent positions in the real estate industry, including Director of Real Estate Valuation and Consulting for a major international accounting firm. Mr. Marzell has authored a series of six books titled Real Estate TaxPak™ USA, on how to reduce real property tax on various types of real estate.
