Mark Parnett - President

▪ Mr. Parnett received a BBA in Accounting from Pace University in 1983. He then began his career as a staff auditor with BDO Seidman handling such clients as the City of Mount Vernon and Yonkers Contracting. After his exit from public accounting, the balance of his career has been in real estate. As a senior project accountant for the Zeckendorf Company, Mark handled all accounting records for two major New York City mixed used projects known as Zeckendorf Towers and Hudson View Towers. Thereafter, he spent time as Controller at some of New York City's premier real estate firms such as SL Green, Insignia/ESG, Galbreath/Lasalle Partners and Shorenstein Realty Services. While working at these firms, Mark handled some of the most prestigious properties in New York including the Met Life building at 200 Park Avenue which is a 3 million square foot office/retail property, the Fred French Building at 551 Fifth Avenue and 717 Fifth Avenue in the Plaza district to name a few. In addition, Mark ran entire accounting departments ranging in size from three to ten employees and handled both property and corporate accounting functions. A sampling of clients handled have included Guggenheim, Met Life, General Electric, Starwood, Channel, Yale University, Travelers and Conde Nast. Prior to founding M Force Realty, Mark was the Vice President of Asset Management for Antares Real Estate Services in Stamford, CT for seven years. Amongst his responsibilities included 1600 Stewart Avenue in Westbury, NY and Pickwick Plaza in Greenwich, CT. Computer skills are extensive and include Timberline, Argus, MRI, Yardi, Skyline, Asseteye and other office applications.
