Charron Hodges Montgomery is an attorney and certified public accountant who practices in the areas of estate planning and administration, taxation, and business and corporate law. Charron attended Washington and Lee University, graduating with a degree in Accounting. Charron received her J.D. degree from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond, where she served as the Editor in Chief of the Richmond Journal on Law and the Public Interest. While in law school, Ms. Montgomery interned with the IRS Chief Counsel's Office in Richmond and The Community Tax Law Project. Ms. Montgomery also earned her LL.M. in Taxation and a Certificate in Employee Benefits at Georgetown. In 2009, Charron was an adjunct professor of Federal Taxation II at the University of Virginia School of Continuing and Professional Studies. Charron has been licensed in Virginia as a CPA since 2010. She joined the firm in 2006 and is a shareholder of the firm.

David W. Kudravetz, an attorney and certified public accountant, has practiced with the firm of McCallum & Kudravetz, P.C. since its founding in 1982. Mr. Kudravetz concentrates his practice primarily in the areas of federal income taxation, estate and gift taxation, estate planning, estate administration, like-kind exchanges, and conservation easements. He also has extensive experience in commercial and residential real estate transactions. Mr. Kudravetz has served on the boards of numerous local non-profits and enjoys rowing with the Rivanna Rowing Club in his spare time.

Eric D. Smith is an attorney who practices in the areas of estate planning and administration and taxation. Joseph W. (Rick) Richmond, Jr., Of Counsel, has a transactional and relationship legal practice which primarily emphasizes the areas of real estate law, estate planning, trust and estates administration, and business law. Prior to becoming Of Counsel with McCallum & Kudravetz, P.C. in July 2014, Mr. Richmond was a senior partner with the law firm of Richmond & Fishburne, having practiced with the firm since 1971. Mr. Richmond is a graduate of Episcopal High School and Washington and Lee University. He received his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, after serving in the U.S. Army where he was awarded the Army Commendation Medal. Mr. Richmond has served in many professional leadership roles. His publications include The Virginia Homebuyer's Manual (Editor) and Real Estate Transactions In Virginia (Co-Editor). Mr. Richmond also has served in many leadership roles in the community. Mr. Richmond has received numerous recognitions and awards from the community and his peers.
Kathy Donovan Abell concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, estate and gift taxation, and fiduciary income tax. She joined McCallum & Kudravetz, P.C. in 1996 and is a shareholder of the firm.

Roger D. Williams, a shareholder of the firm, practices primarily in the areas of commercial real estate, real estate development and finance, and residential real estate. Mr. Williams received his J.D. degree from the University of Iowa College of Law in 1977. He practiced law in Iowa from 1977 to 1987 before relocating to Virginia. Mr. Williams practiced law in Harrisonburg, Virginia from 1988 to 1998, before joining McCallum & Kudravetz, P.C. in 1999.

Stacie H. Reid, a Certified Public Accountant, has been with McCallum & Kudravetz, P.C. since 1997. She currently manages the firm's tax department. Ms. Reid practices in the area of taxation for individuals, partnerships, limited liability companies, corporations, trusts, and nonprofit organizations. Ms. Reid attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies. Stacie sat for and passed the CPA exam in 1994 and has been licensed in Virginia as a CPA since 1994. In 1996, she received a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Virginia.
T. Tyler Moses is an associate attorney who practices in the areas of estate planning, trusts and estates administration, and taxation. Tyler attended the University of Virginia where he received a B.A. in History and English with a minor in Film Studies.
Tyler earned his J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law in 2021, where he was admitted to the Order of Barristers, was named the recipient of the 2021 Virginia Bar Association Tax Award, and earned a Pro Bono Certification Award. While in law school, Tyler served as the Executive Editor of the University of Richmond Public Interest Law Review and as the Treasurer for the Trial Advocacy Board. Tyler also interned with The Community Tax Law Project and a boutique tax firm in Richmond prior to graduating.
He joined McCallum and Kudravetz, P.C. in 2021. Tyler and his wife, Heather, live in Louisa.
