Father, Husband, owner of a Cat, Rabbit and Mouse, two fish tanks (fresh and saltwater) and garderner. I've rebuilt engines (455 Stage 1 Buick). There is very little I don't enjoy doing. This site is running in my basement, with other sites on the back-end running on Raspberry Pi's. What puts food on the table is knowing everything about data, from modeling, to migrating, to managing the servers, creating data pipelines, to working with senior managers on BI initiatives. I also run my own data cloud (Debian on an ARM based platform) and a Mastodon server.
