Andrea Winter is currently the Director of Compliance for Fairway Management, Inc. in Columbia, Missouri. She has been working in affordable housing for the past 8 years in operations and now is exclusively working with compliance. Her prior experience is in managing, training, sales, and marketing for Starbucks, Estee Lauder and the Kellwood Company. Mrs. Winter earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Mount Vernon College in Washington, DC and an Associate in Applied Science degree in Fashion Merchandising from Marymount University. She holds a designation of Specialist in Housing Credit Management from NAHMA and is a candidate for Certified Property Manager with the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Becki Wells

Fairway Management Regional Director Becki Wells joined the organization in 2009. She held positions of property manager, senior property manager and regional property manager before being promoted to her current position as regional director in 2021. As regional director, Wells oversees the Fairway Management teams in Missouri, Texas, Oklahoma, Iowa, Nebraska, New Mexico, Arizona, and Florida. Wells is also a Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP).

Kristina Klass

Kristina Klass began her career in 1988 as a property manager of a 202 Senior Housing Property owned and managed by West Central MO Community Action Agency. She has worked at West Central for the past 33 years in numerous positions. Over the past 25 years she has served in different position such as Property Manager, Service Coordinator, Multifamily Housing Supervisor and is now the Property Management and Services Director of the agency's south properties for the Housing Enrichment Unit. She has experience in LIHTC/Rural Development/HOME and 202/Section 8 Programs. In 2019 she became a Certified Community Action Specialist.

Michele Young

Michele Young is Education Coordinator for Fairway Management, a position she has held since 2018. She started with Fairway Management in 2013 as a Property Manager at Kirksville Gardens, a 42-unit LIHTC family community in Kirksville, MO. In 2015 she was promoted to Senior Property Manager for Central Region, which consisted of 39 properties in three states (Iowa, Missouri, and Texas). In this role she was responsible for the day-to-day operations on site, to include LIHTC, HOME, RD, and Conventional property types. As the Education Coordinator Michele works with all FWM property managers teaching policies and procedures, along with the various aspects of compliance. She works with the state agencies regarding policy changes, and ensures FWM policies align with the compliance requirements in all states in which they operate. Michele attended Buena Vista University in Strom Lake, Iowa where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree.

Sheila Calvert - President

Sheila Calvert is currently the General Manager for Maco Management located in Malden, Missouri. Sheila started with Maco in 2017 and oversees a portfolio of more than 12,000 units consisting of tax credit, Rural Development, HUD, and conventional properties. Sheila holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Arkansas State University. Prior to Maco Sheila was the CPA and CFO for a large general contractor in Missouri for more than 20 years. Sheila is a Tax Credit Specialist and is responsible for the financial and leasing operations for Maco.

Sonja Bennett

Sonja Bennett is the Executive Director of MOCARH since December, 2014. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Ottawa University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, and brings a wealth of executive management and business development experience with her. Previous employers include Concut Inc., SCD Probiotics, DITEQ Corporation and Husqvarna Construction Products.

Stephanie Hlade

Stephanie Hlade is currently the Multi-Family Housing Supervisor for West Central Missouri Community Action Agency. Stephanie has served 31 years in the Multi-Family Housing industry, 13 years in the conventional Kansas City metro market and 18 years in affordable housing with West Central. Stephanie holds her HCCP accreditation and has received numerous trainings from the John Marshall Law School- Fair Housing Training, A.J. Johnson Consulting, Theo Pro, Elizabeth Moreland, and Ross Business Development. West Central's portfolio includes Rural Development, LIHTC, HOME, 202 Section 8 and PRAC properties.
