Have you ever noticed how some days life just rolls by all sweet and happy and other days you feel like you have been hit by a truck? Yeah, me too!... Life was good, real good, for a long time. Michael and I had our careers, we had a home we loved and we were creating a life together. We were able to spend time together and with our friends. We did the things we wanted to do and we were having fun with life... Then we had kids. Don't get me wrong, life didn't go to crap just because we had kids, but it definitely started to change. We were no longer able to head out without planning. It was harder to find time to get together with our friends and there seemed to be more and more things that needed to get done. And date night, that turned into a distant memory.
