Melissa has a B.A. from North Park University and a Masters in Social Work from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Prior to owning a home daycare Melissa worked as a nanny. She has provided childcare services to hundreds of children in the Chicago area. Her experiences as a nanny inspired her to create an exceptional home daycare service.
