Mr. Batu focuses on implementation strategies of worldwide energy projects (with special focus onthe oil industry). For more than 30 years, Ali has had positions of increasing responsibility, including engineering and managment posts at Schlumberger and as the CEO at Nobel Oil Services.
Prior accomplishments include launching and managing oil businesses (including field operations) and drilling, integration and technology development. Fluent in several languages, Ali has extensive international experience, having workd in the US, Central and South America, the Caribbean, Europe, the Middle East, Persian Gulf, Caspian region and Sub-Saharan Africa. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and MS in Mechanical Engineering.

Jan Teply brings a wealth of executive experience to Navus. He focuses on maximizing productivity & ROI through re-engineering & lean enterprise initiatives. Jan has successfully completed strategic assignments with established multinational firms as well as start-ups.
Mr. Teply holds advanced degrees in both Advanced Materials & Statistics. Jan's notable projects have included those in: strategy, new market development, manufacturing, production, engineering & information technology.
Jan also has a wide breadth of industrial & commercial competence. Prior positions include executive management and consultancy roles for the automotive, marine, heavy equipment manufacturing, advanced materials & aerospace industries.
Mr. Teply works out of offices in the US & in Europe. His European office is in Brno, Czech Republic.

Jeanne markets Navus solutions and manages client relationships, building on over 20 years of capital markets experience, including business valuation, investment management and strategic planning. Ms. Ybos holds BS degrees in Business and Biology and an MS degree in Finance.
Following a cornerstone Fund Services internship, Jericho served as an associate at SS&C Technologies, the world's largest hedge fund and private equity administrator. At SS&C, he worked with real estate investors an a team that serviced USD $2B in managed assets.
Mr. Overton also worked as a tax associate at a regional accounting firm in Santa Barbara, focusing on small-to-midsize corporate clients. He holds a B.S. degree in accounting and speaks fluent Portuguese.

Mr. Dinç handles legal affairs for Navus, performs due diligence & advises on business development initiatives. He has 28 years of experience in business law, including advising to numerous firms on commercial and bankruptcy code. He holds a law degree from Istanbul University School of Law.
Mark is an accomplished financial markets veteran with 30 years' experience. His expertise includes: trading strategy design, proprietary trading, running brokerage firms & financing algorithmic trading operations. His research focus includes artificial intelligence, machine learning & big data applications.
Mark holds Series 3, Series 7, Series 24 & Series 30 licenses. Based in Chicago, he is a registered General Securities Principal (GSP) & an independent Introducing Broker (IB).
Mehmet is a hands-on technologist with expertise in financial markets, information technology, engineering, manufacturing, and supply-chains. His academic credentials include faculty positions at Northwestern University (school of engineering and Kellogg School of Management) and the department of computer science at The University of Chicago.
Dr. Yanilmaz also serves as a subject-matter expert at the Institute of Financial Markets (IFM) in Washington, D.C. The IFM is an affiliate of Futures Industry Association, the leading international trade organization for the futures, options and centrally cleared derivatives markets.
His expert witness experience covers disputes in financial markets, fintech, intellectual property, determination of reasonable royalties, violations of employment contracts. He prepared expert witness reports and rebuttals. He delivered depositions and testimonies.
Mr. Say brings 30 years of international experience to Navus. He is accomplished in new business development, trade consulting, e-commerce, construction management, project finance & new ventures. Resit is fluent in Dutch, English, Spanish & Turkish.
Lindsay is a Founding Partner and manages IT, market research & communications.
Mr. Lindsay is a longtime philanthropist & volunteer, having donated time & resources to Chicago Police Department, Chicago Park District, Chicago Housing Authority, Lincoln Park Conservatory, Chicago Fun Volunteers, Greater Chicago Food Depository, Project Angel Food, Alph Phi Omega & many other civic & private charitable organizations.
Mr. Fichter has over 20 years of B2B-focused sales & marketing experience across a broad industry range, including: IT infrastructure, software training, CPG, and Health & Beauty. As Middle Market Specialist with Navus, Todd's focus is on helping companies obtain working capital for growth & expansion, mergers & acquisition, and crisis management.
An active trader in crypto markets, Trevor's professional experience includes advising on blockchains, crypto contract structures, crytpo derivativest, forecasting and digital contract mining.ployment contracts.
