Alec Schenk joined the Fluellen-Hoover Multifamily Group of Marcus & Millichap in 2020 as an agent specializing in secondary markets. With that standard in mind, coupled with his work ethic derived from collegiate wrestling, Alec consistently studies the markets to equip multifamily owners with the most relevant, valuable knowledge available. Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Alec attended Duke University where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Management Studies. He was also captain of the Men's Wrestling team and an All-ACC competitor. Outside of Marcus & Millichap, Alec enjoys working out, fishing, and spending time with friends. He currently resides in downtown Dallas.

Bard Hoover - CEO

Bard Hoover joined Marcus & Millichap in January of 2010. He started his real estate career nearly 30 years ago, focusing solely on multifamily assets. Over the course of his career, Hoover has been involved in the successful sales of more than $4.2 Billion in value. He combines his years of experience and in-depth knowledge of the multifamily industry with Marcus & Millichap's powerful research services to provide his clients with expert guidance beyond the acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets. Through his advisory services, his goal is to develop long-term relationships with his clients by analyzing their individual needs and providing clear evaluation of market conditions. He has received six National Achievement Awards including Chairman's Club and Chairman's Circle of Excellence and has consistently been recognized as a "Heavy Hitter" by the Dallas Business Journal and a "Power Broker" by D CEO Magazine. Prior to his association with Marcus & Millichap, he was an executive vice president at The Apartment Group and served in a COO capacity where he was involved in all aspects of marketing Class A institutional multifamily properties ranging in value between $20 million and $60 million. Before joining The Apartment Group, he was the president of Bentley Arbuckle, Inc. where he was responsible for all strategy, business operations, and branding for the $6 million manufacturing company. Hoover was promoted from national sales manager to vice president in 2000 and to president in 2004. His real estate career started in 1985 as an appraiser for the Wilson K. Mason Company. Hoover joined CB Commercial Real Estate Services in 1990 and was a member of the multifamily team where he helped package, underwrite and sell multifamily properties totaling more than $180 million. Hoover graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Texas at Austin. He is married to Kathryn, and they have two children, Jackson and Amon. They are active members of St. Michaels Episcopal Church in Dallas.

Craig graduated from the University of Texas in Austin with a Bachelor of Science degree. He lives in Dallas with his wife, Jennifer, and their daughter, Vada. David Fersing - VP

David Fersing joined Marcus & Millichap in 2019 as a First Vice President with the Fluellen-Hoover Multifamily Group. David's expertise lies in Multifamily Investment Sales of Class A, B, and C apartments throughout the DFW Market and Greater North Texas. He brings extensive and diverse experience in the multifamily real estate industry with excellence and a client-first focus. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, David was a Senior Vice President within Jones Lang LaSalle's (JLL) Capital Markets. He was fully responsible for handling all aspects of multifamily brokerage execution and new business development. David's previous real estate experience includes multifamily brokerage with The Apartment Group (TAG), and also worked with JP Realty Partners where he conducted landlord office leasing and asset management duties. Prior experience was working as a commercial real estate appraiser for Cushman & Wakefield and Ann Allison Associates MAI, where he began his real estate career in 1990. David is married to Eugenia and they have three daughters Allie, Brittany and Maggie, and are active members of Royal Oaks Country Club and Park Cities Presbyterian Church. Fersing is an avid sports fan and enjoys golf, tennis and snow skiing.

In 2021, Easton transitioned to become an Associate specializing in multifamily investments sales in the DFW market. With extensive market knowledge, derived from his years as an analyst, Easton advises his clients using the most precise and up to date market data. Born and raised in Dallas, Easton also has an abundance of regional knowledge that has aided him in advising his clients to make the most informed, well-rounded investment decision. Prior to moving to Dallas, John lived in Bend, Oregon for many years, where he was a commercial real estate agent, business owner, and avid mountain biker. Before his career in commercial real estate, John has owned and operated successful businesses, including a start-up business that grew to a multi-location, multimillion dollar company. Tardy methodically pushes the boundary beyond industry standards by incorporating his expert knowledge of user expectations, marketing and technological practices. Tardy is also a professional photographer and was previously a licensed real estate agent. Lori Warlick

Lori uses her positive attitude to inspire others and give their best efforts to be successful. She is a Wisconsin native who made Texas home after serving six years in the United States Air Force and attending college, studying business administration and accounting. She enjoys traveling back to Wisconsin to visit family and friends but does not miss the Wisconsin winters. Lori is inspired daily by her husband and their two daughters.

Matt Aslan - VP

Nila Neik

Nila Neik joined Marcus & Millichap in January 2013. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in biology and a business certificate from the McCombs School of Business. Mrs. Neik also received an MBA in real estate analysis from the University of North Texas and completed the CCIM financial analysis course. While still in graduate school, she assisted a local brokerage firm with underwriting, marketing and selling multifamily assets throughout Texas. She is also an investor, currently owning and managing multiple properties throughout the Dallas area. She is married to William, a consultant with McKinsey & Company. They both dedicate significant time to Operation Back to School, a charity which Mrs. Neik established in 2007 to provide backpacks and school supplies to underprivileged children in the Dallas area. They are active members of All Saints Catholic Church in Dallas.

Trey's career at Marcus & Millichap started in 2021, specializing in land and development, with a heavy emphasis on facilitating land acquisitions for multifamily developments across the DFW metroplex. With a background in real estate development, Trey brings an extensive understanding of the multifamily development process. He has a passion for helping clients exceed investment expectations, building long lasting relationships, and being a consistent and reliable advisor. Trey attended Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas, where he graduated with his MBA and Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. He played all four seasons as a Running Back for the Angelo State University Rams Football Team. After walking-on to the football program, Trey became an All-Conference RB, Lone Star Conference Champion, and a team captain. Trey spent the beginning stages of his career at Tesla Motors and NFI Interactive Logistics before transitioning into commercial real estate. Outside of Marcus & Millichap, Trey enjoys spending time with his family and attending live sporting events including NFL, college football, NBA, and MLS matches.

Wes Racht joined the Fluellen-Hoover Multifamily Group of Marcus & Millichap in 2018. He brings a wealth of knowledge with over a decade of real estate experience, and a tenacious work ethic derived from collegiate football and multifamily investment sales. In his career, Wes has obtained a Real Estate Broker license in the State of Texas, has completed more than 300 transactions, transacted in Texas and California, and operated a property management company. Wes prides himself in analyzing each investment as his own and achieving results that exceed market expectations. With a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of North Texas, Wes has a keen eye to find and capitalize on investment opportunities. Before joining Marcus & Millichap, Wes was the co-owner of now Revyve Chiropractic & Massage which also includes Cryotherapy. He co-founded the business in 2012 in Forney, Texas. In 2018, he sold both his Forney and Lewisville practices with annual sales of over one million in revenue. Wes grew up in Rancho Palos Verdes, California, and moved to North Texas in 2011 to pursue the last years of his football career. He is married to Gabriela, who is a stay-at-home-mom, as well as a real estate agent. They live in Trophy Club with their three children; Presley, Everley and Emmaley. They are members of Gateway Church in Southlake, Texas. Wes enjoys visiting family back in California, traveling, and competing in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
