Alec Schenk joined the Fluellen-Hoover Multifamily Group of Marcus & Millichap in 2020 as an agent specializing in secondary markets. His personal commitment to be an invaluable resource to clients has driven his unrivaled level of service and desire to exceed expectations. With that standard in mind, coupled with his work ethic derived from collegiate wrestling, Alec consistently studies the markets to equip multifamily owners with the most relevant, valuable knowledge available.
Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Alec attended Duke University where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Management Studies. He was also captain of the Men's Wrestling team and an All-ACC competitor. Outside of Marcus & Millichap, Alec enjoys working out, fishing, and spending time with friends. He currently resides in downtown Dallas.
Bard Hoover joined Marcus & Millichap in January of 2010. He started his real estate career nearly 30 years ago, focusing solely on multifamily assets. Over the course of his career, Hoover has been involved in the successful sales of more than $4.2 Billion in value. He combines his years of experience and in-depth knowledge of the multifamily industry with Marcus & Millichap's powerful research services to provide his clients with expert guidance beyond the acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets. Through his advisory services, his goal is to develop long-term relationships with his clients by analyzing their individual needs and providing clear evaluation of market conditions. He has received six National Achievement Awards including Chairman's Club and Chairman's Circle of Excellence and has consistently been recognized as a "Heavy Hitter" by the Dallas Business Journal and a "Power Broker" by D CEO Magazine.
Prior to his association with Marcus & Millichap, he was an executive vice president at The Apartment Group and served in a COO capacity where he was involved in all aspects of marketing Class A institutional multifamily properties ranging in value between $20 million and $60 million. Before joining The Apartment Group, he was the president of Bentley Arbuckle, Inc. where he was responsible for all strategy, business operations, and branding for the $6 million manufacturing company. Hoover was promoted from national sales manager to vice president in 2000 and to president in 2004.
His real estate career started in 1985 as an appraiser for the Wilson K. Mason Company. Hoover joined CB Commercial Real Estate Services in 1990 and was a member of the multifamily team where he helped package, underwrite and sell multifamily properties totaling more than $180 million.
Hoover graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Texas at Austin. He is married to Kathryn, and they have two children, Jackson and Amon. They are active members of St. Michaels Episcopal Church in Dallas.
Chris Pearson joined the Fluellen-Hoover Multifamily Group of Marcus & Millichap in 2022.
Craig Jasso joined the Fluellen-Hoover Multifamily Group of Marcus & Millichap in 2021 with a focus on Secondary Markets. Before he joined, he was awarded top sales accolades for building and maintaining relationships with clients in investment banking where he spent more than 9 years of his career. With a successful track record in banking, Craig has an exceptional ability to think and speak in numbers. He has a passion for working with investors and small business clients to help them achieve their commercial real estate goals and takes pride in helping them find the perfect investment or business strategy.
Craig graduated from the University of Texas in Austin with a Bachelor of Science degree. He lives in Dallas with his wife, Jennifer, and their daughter, Vada. He loves getting together with friends and family whether that be in the backyard or taking a road trip in his Telluride. Known by friends, clients, and colleagues alike for his perseverance, honesty, and fairness, Craig enjoys a stellar reputation for quick, timely response to each client's needs and concerns. David Fersing joined Marcus & Millichap in 2019 as a First Vice President with the Fluellen-Hoover Multifamily Group. David's expertise lies in Multifamily Investment Sales of Class A, B, and C apartments throughout the DFW Market and Greater North Texas. He brings extensive and diverse experience in the multifamily real estate industry with excellence and a client-first focus.
Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, David was a Senior Vice President within Jones Lang LaSalle's (JLL) Capital Markets. He was fully responsible for handling all aspects of multifamily brokerage execution and new business development. David's previous real estate experience includes multifamily brokerage with The Apartment Group (TAG), and also worked with JP Realty Partners where he conducted landlord office leasing and asset management duties. Prior experience was working as a commercial real estate appraiser for Cushman & Wakefield and Ann Allison Associates MAI, where he began his real estate career in 1990.
David is married to Eugenia and they have three daughters Allie, Brittany and Maggie, and are active members of Royal Oaks Country Club and Park Cities Presbyterian Church. Fersing is an avid sports fan and enjoys golf, tennis and snow skiing.

Easton Ellis joined the Fluellen-Hoover Multifamily Group in 2019 as a Research Analyst. In 2021, Easton transitioned to become an Associate specializing in multifamily investments sales in the DFW market. With extensive market knowledge, derived from his years as an analyst, Easton advises his clients using the most precise and up to date market data. Born and raised in Dallas, Easton also has an abundance of regional knowledge that has aided him in advising his clients to make the most informed, well-rounded investment decision. He is dedicated to building and maintaining long lasting relationships with his clients to help them achieve their investment goals. As a highly motivated, goal oriented individual, Easton prides himself on his ability to exceed expectations.
Prior to his career in multifamily real estate, Easton attended the University of Arkansas where he studied Marketing. He was a member of the men's lacrosse and club golf team. Outside of Marcus & Millichap, Easton enjoys coaching high school lacrosse, golfing, snowboarding, and spending time with friends and family. He is also an avid sports fan, who enjoys watching the NFL, NHL, MLB, and NBA based Dallas teams, as well as the Arkansas Razorbacks. Easton currently resides in Plano.
John McGregor joined the Fluellen | Hoover Multifamily team at Marcus & Millichap in 2018 with a specialized focus on Secondary Markets. A commercial real estate agent since 2004, he brings forward years of experience and in-depth knowledge to his clients as a trusted advisor. His focus is on providing the most detailed, accurate and current market data to assist his clients in developing the most informed investment decisions. This and the combination of Marcus & Millichap's nationwide platform delivers consistent, expectation-exceeding results for his clients.
Prior to moving to Dallas, John lived in Bend, Oregon for many years, where he was a commercial real estate agent, business owner, and avid mountain biker. He has a history of creating long-term relationships and values the relationships created through his advisory services. Before his career in commercial real estate, John has owned and operated successful businesses, including a start-up business that grew to a multi-location, multimillion dollar company. His business and entrepreneurial background has proven to be an asset for his current clients.
John has 2 boys, Cole and Alec. He is proud to call Texas home since 2012.

Jonathan Ochstein joined the Fluellen-Hoover Multifamily Group of Marcus & Millichap in 2020 as an agent specializing in multifamily assets. Having minored in Real Estate, Jonathan not only has academic real estate knowledge but also a familial background in the multi-family industry. Born and raised in Dallas, Jonathan carries a lifetime of regional expertise to the DFW market.
Before joining Marcus & Millichap, Jonathan studied Sport Management at Syracuse University where he was Head Manager for the Syracuse University Women's basketball team. Outside of Marcus & Millichap, Jonathan enjoys playing sports and spending time with friends and family.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Murry served as a Real Estate Portfolio Account Manager for Mohr Partners, a corporate real estate firm focusing on national tenant advisory and consultancy for office, retail, and industrial tenants. In this role, he negotiated numerous complex real estate transactions and managed the entire due diligence process.
Murry graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Economics. He has lived in Dallas/Fort Worth for over 30 years and currently resides in Lake Highlands with his wife Elissa, and their young daughter Avery. They attend Park Cities Baptist Church in Dallas.
Joseph Murry joined Marcus & Millichap in 2015 as a financial analyst and has since become an agent specializing in multifamily assets. He brings more than eight years of experience focusing on commercial real estate sales and consulting for corporate and private clients. Over the years, Murry has established himself as a trusted advisor with a client-centric approach to achieve superior results and build lasting long-term relationships with his clients.

Kirk Tardy joined the Fluellen-Hoover Multifamily Group in 2008 as the marketing coordinator responsible for the creation, production and execution of all marketing material and campaigns. He has more than 15 years of marketing experience and has an extensive background across numerous marketing platforms from photography, data and graphic visualization, content presentation, print, web user behavior and email campaigns. For each and every client, he creates unique and highly customized material across a multitude of mediums ensuring maximum exposure for all offerings. His use of cutting edge technology results in content that is impactful, clear and precise. Tardy methodically pushes the boundary beyond industry standards by incorporating his expert knowledge of user expectations, marketing and technological practices. He continually stays ahead of major design developments and presentation trends within the commercial real estate industry and beyond.
Tardy is also a professional photographer and was previously a licensed real estate agent. He leverages his strengths from both professions to produce unsurpassed marketing material for the clients of the Fluellen-Hoover Multifamily Group. His industry experience allows him to create eye-catching graphics focused on the optimal representation of every asset. His technical experience ensures all data, graphics and information translate smoothly across all devices and mediums.
Tardy attended Texas Tech University and studied finance with a concentration in real estate.

Lori Warlick joined Marcus & Millichap in 2005 as an agent assistant and escrow coordinator for the Fluellen-Hoover Multifamily Group. In Addition to being the first point of contact with many of our clients, she manages the flow of information through our strategic processes, coordinates due diligence, and actively oversees the escrow process. Lori uses her positive attitude to inspire others and give their best efforts to be successful.
She is a Wisconsin native who made Texas home after serving six years in the United States Air Force and attending college, studying business administration and accounting. She enjoys traveling back to Wisconsin to visit family and friends but does not miss the Wisconsin winters.
Lori is inspired daily by her husband and their two daughters.
Matt Aslan joined the Fluellen-Hoover Multifamily Group of Marcus & Millichap in 2016 and specializes in multifamily investment sales throughout Dallas/Fort Worth and Secondary Markets. Aslan has a passion for advising clients to help them reach and exceed their investment goals and achieve financial success. He delivers results by listening to and understanding his clients' goals and providing investment strategies based on his market knowledge and expertise. By combining his advisory approach with Marcus & Millichap's powerful research services, he empowers his clients to make crucial investment decisions with confidence while building and maintaining lasting relationships. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Aslan served as a Vice President in banking center management, business lending, and investment sales in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex for more than eight years. He managed, supported, and marketed the performance of a banking center with emphasis on consumer and business lending, balanced growth, and profitability of the bank's deposit products. He proactively initiated, developed, and managed profitable long-term relationships with consumer and business clients.
Aslan graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. He resides in Plano with his wife, Tara, and they have two children, Iva and Zachary. They are active members of Citizens Church in Plano.
Matthew Roth joined the Fluellen-Hoover Multifamily Group of Marcus & Millichap in 2020 with a specialized focus on Primary DFW Markets. As a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual with a demonstrated record of exceeding expectations, Matthew represents a range of clients and investors from first-time property owners to experienced, sophisticated investors.
Through financial expertise, Matthew creates value for his brokerage clients by seeking out the most profitable real estate investments, offering unrivaled strategic advising during the holding period, and utilizing aggressive marketing tactics to help provide lucrative gains during disposition.
Matthew moved to Dallas after receiving a Bachelor of Science in finance from The Florida State University. During his tenure at Florida State, he volunteered as a Unified Partner with the Special Olympics. He is an avid sports fan who likes his native Miami and alma mater teams. Matthew currently resides in downtown Dallas.

Along with his market knowledge, he utilizes his vast network of industry contacts to provide his clients with the most accurate and up to date information regarding current market conditions, allowing his clients to make informed decisions about their real estate investment needs. He has also assembled a team of highly qualified real estate professionals to assist clients throughout every aspect of the transaction process.

He is also a licensed broker with the State of Texas.
He is married to Brianna, who is a dentist in Richardson, Texas. They are active members of Canyon Creek Country Club. They have three children, Brady, Rhett and Eva and attend Watermark Community Church in Dallas. Fluellen is also an avid sports fan and enjoys golf, softball, basketball, and running.
Nila Neik joined Marcus & Millichap in January 2013. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in biology and a business certificate from the McCombs School of Business. Mrs. Neik also received an MBA in real estate analysis from the University of North Texas and completed the CCIM financial analysis course. While still in graduate school, she assisted a local brokerage firm with underwriting, marketing and selling multifamily assets throughout Texas. She is also an investor, currently owning and managing multiple properties throughout the Dallas area.
She is married to William, a consultant with McKinsey & Company. They both dedicate significant time to Operation Back to School, a charity which Mrs. Neik established in 2007 to provide backpacks and school supplies to underprivileged children in the Dallas area. They are active members of All Saints Catholic Church in Dallas.
Trey Green joined the Fluellen-Hoover Multifamily Group of Marcus & Millichap in 2022 with a focus on Secondary Markets. Trey's career at Marcus & Millichap started in 2021, specializing in land and development, with a heavy emphasis on facilitating land acquisitions for multifamily developments across the DFW metroplex. With a background in real estate development, Trey brings an extensive understanding of the multifamily development process. He has a passion for helping clients exceed investment expectations, building long lasting relationships, and being a consistent and reliable advisor.
Trey attended Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas, where he graduated with his MBA and Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. He played all four seasons as a Running Back for the Angelo State University Rams Football Team. After walking-on to the football program, Trey became an All-Conference RB, Lone Star Conference Champion, and a team captain. Trey spent the beginning stages of his career at Tesla Motors and NFI Interactive Logistics before transitioning into commercial real estate.
Outside of Marcus & Millichap, Trey enjoys spending time with his family and attending live sporting events including NFL, college football, NBA, and MLS matches.
Wes Racht joined the Fluellen-Hoover Multifamily Group of Marcus & Millichap in 2018. He brings a wealth of knowledge with over a decade of real estate experience, and a tenacious work ethic derived from collegiate football and multifamily investment sales. In his career, Wes has obtained a Real Estate Broker license in the State of Texas, has completed more than 300 transactions, transacted in Texas and California, and operated a property management company. Wes prides himself in analyzing each investment as his own and achieving results that exceed market expectations. With a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of North Texas, Wes has a keen eye to find and capitalize on investment opportunities.
Before joining Marcus & Millichap, Wes was the co-owner of now Revyve Chiropractic & Massage which also includes Cryotherapy. He co-founded the business in 2012 in Forney, Texas. In 2018, he sold both his Forney and Lewisville practices with annual sales of over one million in revenue.
Wes grew up in Rancho Palos Verdes, California, and moved to North Texas in 2011 to pursue the last years of his football career. He is married to Gabriela, who is a stay-at-home-mom, as well as a real estate agent. They live in Trophy Club with their three children; Presley, Everley and Emmaley. They are members of Gateway Church in Southlake, Texas. Wes enjoys visiting family back in California, traveling, and competing in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
