President and CEO, Mark Wright, has lived in Tucson, Arizona for over 50 years and originally began his career in contracting hands-on as a framer in the field. Throughout his career he has proudly assisted in the framing and roofing of thousands of homes and commercial buildings throughout Tucson, built Casinos in Cripple Creek, CO, and since establishing MWCI has employed some of the most qualified building personnel in the Tucson area. His character and company reputation are backed by expertise, performance, and professionalism.
Following in the footsteps of his father, Mark, has been in the construction industry for roughly 30 years. He began as a field laborer for MWCI and through his hard work and determination has earned his role as a leader with MLW Development in Ray, ND.

Sergio has been in the roofing business for over 30 years and managing the roofing division for MWCI for over 20. Through the years he has built a team of skilled roofers that have mastered different roofing techniques and technologies.
Wayne has been employed at Mark Wright Construction for over 30 years. His experience, knowledge, and ingenuity played an integral role in the development of an extremely successful internal biding system that produces accurate and competitive pricing.
