Pinnacle Painting was established in Indianapolis in 2002, as a subchapter-S corporation, by owners Sean Eichenberg and Jim Michels. Sean, whose career was in finance, and Jim, who spent many years as a teacher, decided they needed a change and a challenge. During their college years, they worked for a professional painting company to learn the trade. The experience they acquired putting themselves through school, and the passion they developed by continuing the trade during Summers, made the decision an easy one...
