Anthony joined LoanCloser in May 2007 with a strong background in lending institutions and deep understanding of the mortgage industry. He has been instrumental in LoanCloser and mypropertyonline's product and business development within each industry, taking LoanCloser from one non-bank lender client to over 15 clients, 14 of these in the Mutual sector.

Simon is the founder of LoanCloser, MPO and Principal of Purcell Partners Solicitors. With his experience in residential lending, commercial lending and local government lending, he identified an opportunity to improve the delivery of mortgage management services to financial institutions. There was a real need for a system to allow Lenders to control the post approval process but also allow them to have the flexibility to process mortgages internally. He has brought that idea into the Real Estate industry and created mypropertyonline. Simon started his own legal practice (Purcell Partners Solicitors) in 1996. Simon's main objective in starting his own practice was to deliver modern legal services to lending institutions particularly in areas involving mortgage management. He has extensive experience in residential lending, commercial lending and local government lending. Simon was a founding member of the Law Institute of Victoria Solicitors Mortgage Practice Section. Simon was extensively involved in the licensing of one of Australia's largest private lenders and continues to provide advice on mortgage compliance issues. Due to his experience in mortgage management, Simon provides mortgage lenders with sound advice as well as practical solutions to all aspects of lending.
