Amy Strahan

Job Titles:
  • Personal Trainer
Prior to joining NutriFormance as a personal trainer, Amy has invested a great deal of time toward furthering her fitness career, both personally and professionally. For the past 6 years, she has integrated herself as a respected member of the group fitness community as both a group fitness leader and program director for several area clubs, as well as gaining the attention of presenters on the national level. She hopes to use this visibility to reinforce the importance of the educated fitness professional in today's expanding industry. Amy's instruction covers a spectrum of class formats, including not only advanced versions of both traditional aerobics and step, but also aqua, kickboxing, body conditioning, circuit, and Spinning. She made the transition to personal training in 1998 by completing the ACE personal trainer's examination. Amy earned a Bachelor's of Fine Arts in Interior Architecture from the University of Kansas. With a thorough understanding of aerobic conditioning and strength training, Amy hopes to help her clients achieve their goals in a realistic, timely fashion. Amy has the ability to provide a lot of variety in programming for clients and can even manage group training of up to five clients during one session. Amy's future goals include competing in the Hawaiian Ironman and completing certifications in both rock climbing and archery.

Ashley Weaver

Before joining NutriFormance/ Athletic Republic St. Louis, Ashley worked as a personal trainer at Washington University in St. Louis. Aside from being a personal trainer, she is currently a cycling and running coach for all ages. Ashley received her B.S. in Exercise Physiology from Midwestern State University (Wichita Falls, TX) and went on to receive a Division 1 Varsity scholarship in collegiate cycling at Lindenwood University for a M.S. in Human Performance. Ashley has enjoyed having the ability to work with a wide variety of populations. During her undergraduate degree, Ashley had the opportunity to work as an assistant Strength and Conditioning coach for most the university's athletic teams. While pursuing her masters, Ashley was able to gain experience in working in Cardiac Rehab at BJC and focusing her time on strength and cardio training for aging populations. Throughout her experiences in the classroom and in the workplace, Ashley's training philosophy is to motivate clients to build a strong physical foundation to adapt and progress a program that is tailored towards each client's goals and needs. Aside from personal training and coaching, Ashley currently races with the cycling team, L.A. Sweat, at a professional level in American cycling. When she is not working you can usually find her either in the gym or out on the bike.

Ben Smith

Before joining NutriFormance and Athletic Republic, Ben attended Millikin University and played football for 3 seasons. While at Millikin, Ben dealt with a myriad of injuries that kept him from being able to perform at his best. After his junior season, he retired from football and transferred to Missouri State University to complete his undergraduate degree in Exercise and Movement Science. Prior to transferring, Ben completed a summer internship at Force Barbell, a sports performance gym in Fishers, Indiana. Ben has completed his Master's Degree from Lindenwood University in Human Performance. While at Missouri State, Ben assisted in the training of multiple athletic teams, most notably the Men's Basketball team. It was at Missouri State where he learned programming and progression of different athletes. During his successful high school career as a football player, Ben trained here at Athletic Republic where his interest in personal training and sports performance enhancement began. Ben has had a long-standing passion for fitness, athletics, and self-improvement. He continuously looks to improve his craft and use what he learns in class to accomplish the goals of his clients.

Bill Bunton

Bill comes to NutriFormance after 34 years teaching Physical Education in the Parkway School District. He also brings over 20 years of experience as a personal trainer. His passion for staying healthy and fit are things he'd like to share with clients. Bill's strengths are his ability to keep clients motivated, comfortable and confident as they strive to achieve their individual fitness goals. Bill is a St. Louis native and is one of seven siblings to attend Parkway North. He went on to play shortstop at Missouri State University, playing in the College World Series in 1982 and was named team captain his senior year. He played 10 years of semipro baseball and was inducted into the St. Louis Amateur Baseball Hall of Fame in 2012. An avid golfer, Bill is currently pursuing certification as part of the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI). He looks forward to helping golfers of any level improve their game.

Brian Dryden

Prior to joining NutriFormance and Athletic republic, Brian was the Assistant Sports Performance Coach at Western Carolina University where he oversaw all training for Women's Basketball, Women's Soccer, and Softball. He also assisted with Football, Men's Basketball, Women's Golf, and Track. Before that he was at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke where he oversaw the sports performance training of the men's and women's track and field programs, women's volleyball, women's swimming, and women's golf. Brian also assisted with football, men's and women's basketball, cross country, wrestling, baseball, and softball. In addition to his training duties, Brian improved the sports performance programs through reliable athletic-based testing protocols, nutrition education, & training education on multiple social media platforms as well as designing systematic training programs for reliable long-term athletic development.

Cam McCollough

  • Physical Therapist and Personal Trainer from the Saint Louis
Cam is a Physical Therapist and personal trainer from the Saint Louis area. He grew up playing a variety of sports, focusing on soccer as he grew older. Following high school, Cam attended Maryville University where he received a BS in Health Science in 2016 and then continued to receive his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2018. Throughout graduate school, Cam worked at Ranken Jordan Pediatric Bridge Hospital as a rehabilitation technician and assisted with their aquatic therapy sessions. After graduation, he worked in the outpatient orthopedic setting treating a variety of patients with diagnoses ranging from chronic pain to total joint replacements to sports injuries. He made the transition to NutriFormance because of his passion for health, wellness, and fitness education. Cam utilizes a vast knowledge of the human body and movement science with strength-based exercise prescription and manual therapy techniques to help accomplish individualized goals for his clients seeking therapy and/or training. Along with his CSCS through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, Cam is also certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling through the Institute of Advanced Musculoskeletal treatments and has obtained his Diploma in Football Medicine through the FIFA Medical Network. In his free time, Cam loves to golf, hike with his dog Koda, and spend time with family and friends.

Dale Huff

Before co-founding NutriFormance, LLC, Dale completed his undergraduate training at Southwest Missouri State University earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics & Exercise Science. During this time, Dale interned at Hammonds' Heart Institute where he worked with a traveling wellness team and gained knowledge of exercise testing. He earned the title of Registered Dietitian by completing a comprehensive internship at St. Louis University and passing the registration exam in October 1994. Employment at St. Louis University Health Sciences Center as a Registered Dietitian allowed further refinement of nutritional counseling skills and dietetics. With First Fitness Personal Training, Dale managed and developed the St. Louis market and greatly refined his business and personal training skills. Dale has appeared on NBC television in St. Louis discussing ergogenic aids and deli foods vs. fast foods. He has lectured nationally with professional exercise organizations such as the American Council on Exercise and the International Association of Fitness Professionals. Dale is on the American Council on Exercise's test writing committee and represents ACE as a spokesperson. Dale and NutriFormance, LLC have been featured in several magazines including Men's Health, Shape American Health for Women, Exercise and Health for Men, and Newsweek. Other special interests and specializations include sports-specific training, plyometrics, and sports nutrition. It is Dale's belief that the combination of exercise and proper nutrition are essential to enhance our lives, no matter what stage of the life cycle or what level of fitness.

Diane Carr

Diane has been teaching classical Pilates in Los Angeles since 2003. She recently moved back to her hometown St. Louis, where she is a Pilates instructor for the Conservatory of Theatre Arts at Webster University, her alma mater. Diane is a third generation, Classical Pilates instructor. She was certified by Jill Cassady who studied with and taught alongside Pilates elders Romana Kryzanowska and Ron Fletcher. Diane teaches the Method in five progressive levels and focuses on technique, alignment, and imparting the Six Guiding Principles. When needed, she also incorporates other therapeutic methods and props. Her approach stems from Joe Pilates' philosophy that "it is the mind itself which truly shapes the body." Clients have described working with her as: healing, humorous, and exacting. Diane has worked with men and women of all ages and abilities, and specializes in helping those who have been injured or are dealing with chronic physical challenges. In LA, she taught for Mari Winsor, one of the most recognized names in Pilates, and she has been an avid student of many other schools of thought on the healthy development of mind, body and spirit for over 30 years. Ellie Huff

Before co-founding NutriFormance, LLC, Ellie completed her undergraduate training at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics. Ellie earned the title of Registered Dietitian by completing a comprehensive dietetic internship at Saint Louis University and passing the registration exam in October 1996. Ellie is a also a certified strength and conditioning specialist with the NSCA and is a personal trainer. With NutriFormance, Ellie has consulted with a wide array of athletes, from professional triathletes and collegiate football players to beginner exercisers, and is very skilled at bringing the nutrition education to the level and needs of the athlete or fitness participant. Ellie specializes in sports & cardiovascular nutrition, eating disorders, and weight loss and maintenance. She has also worked with a variety of medical nutrition therapies. Ellie lectures frequently about sports nutrition, eating disorders, family nutrition and basic nutrition to various athletic teams, schools, and corporations. In recent years, Ellie has started doing more functional nutrition when she thinks that the patient would benefit from supplementation. She has worked with patients with GI disorders, PCOS, gluten intolerance and other medical conditions. On a personal note, Ellie was a state champion in women's tennis and continues to be an avid tennis player. Her fitness routine involves walking, biking and strength training to prepare her for tennis and relieve the stresses of owning your own business and raising three children! Ellie is a mother of twins and so understands the nutrition demands during pregnancy and after. It is Ellie's belief that fitness and nutrition go hand and hand. The nutrition prescription must fit into the lifestyle of the client and be satisfying to the palate. Ellie stresses variety and moderation in eating and teaches clients to fit proper nutrition into their lifestyle.

Eric Finley

Before joining NutriFormance as a Sports Dietitian, Eric completed his Master's in Dietetics with an emphasis in sports nutrition from the University of Utah. During his graduate career Eric worked with University of Utah athletes from a variety of sports to help improve their nutrition and meet their performance goals. While also at the University of Utah, Eric worked as the Lead Nutritionist at the University of Utah Student Life Center. While there, he created and implemented a nutrition counseling program for students and staff of the University of Utah. As the Lead Nutritionist he also developed, designed, and taught monthly nutrition modules. Eric completed over 1,200 hours of dietetic internship work at the University of Utah in various settings including: PEAK Health and Wellness, McKay-Dee Hospital, The Orthopedic Specialty Hospital (TOSH), and University of Utah athletics. Eric understands the rigors of high school and college athletics being a former athlete himself. Even though he was a soccer player, he has an immense passion for a variety of sports.

Evan Kuhl

Evan is a recent graduate from Bradley University with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Throughout graduate school he has worked and developed his skills as a Strength and Conditioning Coach, Sports Performance Coach, and advanced personal trainer. He has worked with a wide variety of clients and patients ranging from youth and high school athletes to elderly clients and adaptive training for those in wheelchairs. He is driven to motivate and help clients realize their performance goals. Evan has multiple certifications including his USAW Level-1 Coaching certification, and EXOS Performance Specialist certification. He has also completed mentorship with the Level Up Initiative, focusing on growth mindset and belief change in Physical Therapy patients. During his clinical rotations he worked at and gained expertise at renowned Sports based Physical Therapy and training companies. This clinical experience included working with high level athletes including professional basketball, football, baseball, and various olympic sport athletes. He played an integral part as a team member in the most recent NFL combine prep at EXOS Arizona. Evan most recently finished his clinical rotation at Healthy Baller Physical Therapy with a focus on late-stage ACL, and other return to sport rehab in a cash-based setting. Evan has a huge passion for working with athletes and getting them back to the playing field in a safe and comprehensive manner.

Jaclyn Mosley

Prior to joining NutriFormance, Jaclyn earned a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science at the University of Missouri Kansas City in 2001. She then followed her passions for holistic health and attended the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics in Albuquerque, New Mexico. There she became nationally certified in Natural Therapeutics and licensed in Massage Therapy in 2004. Jaclyn takes an integrative approach to her work utilizing training in, but not limited to, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, acupressure, and polarity.

Kaleb Reid

Job Titles:
  • Sports Performance Coach and Personal Trainer
Kaleb graduated from SIUE with an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Exercise Psychology. During his undergraduate years he interned at Next Level Performance where he trained a variety of athletes from various sports and ages. Shortly after graduation he worked as a personal trainer. After the pandemic shut a lot of the gyms down, Kaleb decided to go back to graduate school and earn a degree in Exercise Physiology. Kaleb graduated in May of 2022 with his Master's Degree in Kinesiology and will sit for the CSCS come summer 2022. During his time as a graduate student Kaleb interned at Profectus Performance in Edwardsville, Ill where he took his training to the next level with an interest in Olympic Lifting. He has also work at ATI Physical Therapy where he learned much on injury prevention and injury rehabilitation.  Kaleb is from Cincinnati where he graduated from Hamilton High School in 2014. During his time in high school he played football, basketball and baseball. He is well versed in training for all sports and brings a lot of knowledge and a good attitude to the table. His main passion in kinesiology is weight training with focusing on speed and power output. 

Katie McCrary

Katie joins the NutriFormance team after spending the past 6 years in her professional career specializing in sport related injuries and rehabilitation as a Certified Athletic Trainer. She received her bachelor's degree in Health Management: Athletic Training from Southeast Missouri State University. She then went on to post-graduate work at Fontbonne University covering for various collegiate sports. In 2009 when the Women's Professional Soccer League was formed, Katie accepted the opportunity to work as an athletic trainer among national and international players and coaches. Since the league folded, Katie had split her days to working in a physical therapy clinic in the mornings and ensuring injury care and prevention for over 25 different high school sports. Katie's background of athletics consisted of playing soccer, tennis, and swimming. She has completed several triathlons and a half Ironman. Her focus now is in triathlons and enjoys biking, hiking, and backpacking various trails. Katie's experience in physical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and corrective exercise will be a great addition to the NutriFormance/Athletic Republic training staff.

Kelli Cole

Kelli came to NutriFormance from Columbia, MO where she worked for MU Human Performance Institute, under The University Hospital.  As a former collegiate volleyball player she has always been into the world of health and fitness. Kelli has worked with many types of clients over the years, most recently as Director of Chronic Disease Exercise for Mizzou Physical Therapy at the Human Performance Institute in Columbia. She has worked with people to help them lose weight, increase strength, improve cardiovascular endurance and enhance athletic performance. However, some of her most rewarding work has been with clients who have severe medical conditions to help improve their fitness, their mental health, and most importantly their quality of life. She has worked with people who have multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, osteoarthritis, cancer, cardiac, pulmonary, bariatric, injuries etc. She is now working toward becoming a nationally recognized Pilates Instructor through the Pilates Method Alliance after becoming certified in Mat, Reformer & Apparatus Pilates through Balanced Body. In her spare time when she is not in the Pilates Studio, she enjoys family time with her husband & 4 children.

Kendal Barber

Before joining the NutriFormance and Athletic Republic team, Kendal attended both Lincoln University of Missouri and Logan University. While attending Lincoln University of Missouri, Kendal would obtain and graduate with his Bachelors of Science degree in Wellness with an emphasis in Kinesiology (2020). While finishing up his undergraduate degree, he accumulated a multitude of experience while interning under the athletic trainers at Jefferson City High School, Peak Sport and Spine Physical Therapist and Special Olympic coaches. Furthering his education, Kendal would attend and graduate from Logan University with a Masters of Science in Rehabilitation and Sports Science (2022). While completing his last semester, he spent a majority of his time interning under the Lincoln University nutrition and condition coach in order to gain experience and expand his knowledge first hand. Previously, Kendal worked as a medical assistant specializing in orthopedics and pediatrics. Kendal is a St. Louis native. He is a proud 2016 CBC Cadet graduate. During his time at Christian Brothers College High School, he was on the wrestling and track and field teams. After suffering from a sports-related injury, Kendal would develop a passion for sports wellness and conditioning.

Kevin Madden

Before joining the NutriFormance team, Kevin completed his Bachelor's in Athletic Training at Truman State University and is completing his Master's in Sports Science and Physical Rehabilitation from Logan University. There at Truman, Kevin worked with athletes from a variety of sports to rehabilitate injuries, implement training programs and perform biomechanics analysis on athletes. After graduation, Kevin spent six years working in the physical therapy, sports medicine and personal training field, where he gained a passion for functional training to improve sports performance and day to day health as well as nutritional guidance for his clients and athletes from those recovering from an injury to those looking to improve body composition and performance.  Kevin enjoys competing in recreational sports, power lifting and staying active! Kevin made the transition to NutriFormance because of his knowledge and passion for creating and maintaining healthy and strong bodies no matter what age or athletic ability. Kevin brings a vast knowledge of biomechanics, orthopedic injury rehabilitation, soft tissue release and functional training and looks forward to inspiring, motivating and educating his clients! 

Kimberly Tedoni

Before joining NutriFormance as a personal trainer, Kimberly completed her Bachelor's degree in Child and Family Development at Missouri State University. After college she decided to pursue her true passion and earn her certification in personal training from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Kimberly continued to develop her skills at a national health club chain for 3 years. She designed and implemented individual fitness programs for a wide range of health conditions and concerns. Because of the diverse physical fitness conditions she encountered, Kimberly decided to further increase her knowledge base and earned another certification through NASM as a Corrective Exercise Specialist. This specialty certification allows Kimberly to work with individuals experiencing musculoskeletal impairments, muscle imbalances, and rehabilitation concerns. Kimberly believes that fitness can do more than just change your physical appearance-it has the ability to teach you discipline and determination, which gives you a certain confidence that begins to overflow into your everyday life.

Leslie Landwehr

Leslie is a graduate of St. Luke's School of Nursing. Upon graduation, she specialized in Labor and Delivery. While working full time, she headed the preceptor program, performed duties as a charge nurse, and was a member of the Wellness Committee for St. Luke's Hospital. In addition, during this time, she taught corporate group fitness classes, as well as filling the position of Aerobics Director for a local fitness facility. Leslie continued her quest for knowledge with advanced education in biomechanics, anatomy, and physiology. She is certified by AFAA as a personal trainer and fitness instructor. Leslie's goal is to utilize her extensive experience and training to educate and motivate her clients and students to maintain a healthy, happy lifestyle. Her philosophy is to incorporate health and fitness into everyday life.

Libby Fennewald

Libby Fennewald is a team member through and true at NutriFormance. Coming from a health and fitness family, living a healthy lifestyle is second nature to Libby. From her earliest memory, she was at the side of her mother who was a gymnastic coach and yoga teacher. Riding her bike to swim practice was a normal day growing up in a small town in southern Illinois. Libby was often asked to help teach private lessons by people in the community. She was recruited to teach gymnastics through her college years where she studied psychology and business. Libby has always had a soft spot for community and the outdoors. Before and during her early years at NutriFormance, Libby worked with youth for an outdoor leadership program. In 2013 Libby founded the Little Sharks Youth Triathlon Team and continues to give our youth a strong foundation through the multi-sport program. Once called a water warrior, Libby has climbed pyramids in water ski shows, spent time as a whitewater rafting guide and was a lifeguard at Walt Disney World. Libby often thinks of herself as a lifeguard in more ways than one. With years of experience as a personal trainer, coach, and yoga teacher, Libby brings a unique skill set to promoting the best version of all those who work with her.

Lisa Aston

Lisa has been in the fitness industry for over 14 years. Lisa became AFAA certified in the group fitness field after her first baby was born. She is certified in group fitness, personal training, and weight training. She studied kinesiology and Mat Science. Getting bored with the "step aerobics" era, Lisa implemented a "boot camp style" fitness program eight years ago, that she has taught in various facilities and local parks for a fun, outdoor workout. As a mother of three, Lisa stresses healthy lifestyle choices of proper eating and exercise, rather than "dieting" and striving to be what we are not. Lisa believes in empowerment through exercise, from children needing confidence, to men and women wanting strength and encouragement. Lisa loves to work with children, teaching them that exercise can be fun and encouraging them to make positive choices for a healthy life. Lisa was instrumental in bringing the Komen Race for the Cure to St. Louis in 1999. She was on the founding volunteer committee with Washington University doing the necessary studies to bring the race to St. Louis. Lisa worked as fitness coordinator for the first two years as the warm-up leader for the runners. Lisa's passion is mixing fun with fitness. She loves to be outdoors whether it is running, gardening, or biking with her kids. Lisa studied classical piano for thirteen years and still loves to play as often as time allows. Lisa enjoys being able to work with clients and show them how great it is to do what you love.

Lisa McLain

Lisa has been a part of the fitness industry for nearly 30 years. She started teaching group fitness classes in LA at Pasadena Athletic Club and LA Fitness. Moving back to Texas, Lisa began teaching at the world-renowned Cooper Fitness Center. Taking advantage of the education the Cooper Institute of Aerobic Research had to offer, she became a Certified Personal Trainer and studied the biomechanics of strength training. Lisa has worked as a Group Fitness Director in LA and Dallas area. Originally from a farm in northern Minnesota, Lisa has been running since she was 13 years old and has run numerous half-marathons and marathons. As much as Lisa loves to instruct and yell at people with lots of laughter, she enjoys the quiet of her backyard, the mountains, or the beach. Lisa has been married for 30 years with 3 grown children and a dog named Bentley. She loves to laugh, push people to be their best, work hard, and run.

Liz Krueger

Liz has always had a passion for nutrition and fitness even at an early age. In elementary school, she played softball, danced, participated in Tae kwon do and began running. She continued to maintain a high level of physical fitness activity throughout both high school and college. Liz graduated with a master's degree in physical therapy from Mizzou in 2005 and has worked as a physical therapist in outpatient orthopedics ever since. In 2007, she became certified as a personal trainer and as a spinning instructor and began working both in the clinic and in the gym. Over the years, she became certified in and was regularly teaching other group exercise formats such as Turbo Kick, Piyo, Les Mills Body Pump, and eventually received her RYT-200 (yoga teaching certification). In addition, Liz has accrued numerous physical therapy specializations / certifications including vestibular rehabilitation, advanced IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization) and DN-1 (dry needling). She has honed strong manual skills throughout her 18-year career and believes in the power of healing touch in the rehabilitation of her patients. Liz has a husband, two children, and two dogs. She enjoys coaching her children in cross country, being a room parent, spending time with family, walking her dogs, weight training, running, swimming, reading, and doing yoga.

Mark Pais

Mark joins NutriFormance and Athletic Republic with 6 years of experience as a professional soccer goalkeeper. Throughout his career he played for Saint Louis FC, Toronto FC, Fresno FC and Miami FC. During the off seasons, Mark spent countless hours training with AR, honing his abilities as an athlete. He brings a unique understanding of the mental and physical tools necessary to train, develop and perform at the highest levels and is eager to share that perspective with his clients. Mark, a St. Louis native, attended Ladue High School and played for the Scott Gallagher Development Academy. Further, he played Division 1 college soccer both at Saint Louis University and at The University of Tulsa. Mark earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Sports Science from The University of Tulsa in 2014, graduating summa cum laude as well as being named the Outstanding Exercise Science graduate. This specific educational background provided him with the knowledge to design his own training programs as a professional athlete, allowing him both to maximize his athletic capabilities and to remain healthy throughout the season. Outside of the gym, Mark enjoys cooking meals with family and friends, getting outdoors, and diving into new books at coffee shops.

Megan Flynn

Megan is a Physical Therapist and personal trainer who grew up in the St. Louis area. She played softball in high school and was a pitcher for Incarnate Word Academy. She then spent seven years in Peoria, IL attending Bradley University to receive her BS in Health Science with a minor in Business, and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Throughout graduate school, Megan worked as a rehabilitation aide as well as a group fitness instructor. She has gained experience through her many outpatient clinicals, as well as her time spent in a rehabilitation hospital. After graduation, she worked in an outpatient orthopedic clinic treating a variety of patients with diagnoses ranging from chronic pain to joint replacements to neurological disorders.  She made the transition to NutriFormance because of her passion for health and wellness. Megan utilizes her vast knowledge of the human body and movement with her manual skills and strength based exercises to individualize treatments/programs for those seeking therapy and/or training. She strives to encourage, inspire, and educate her clients on their own fitness journeys both physically and mentally, while growing as an eager clinician. In her free time, Megan loves to hike, bike, play tennis, explore local coffee shops, brunch with friends, and spend time with her family.

Nicole Gebhardt

Nicole is a Physical Therapist and personal trainer who was born and raised in St. Charles, Missouri. She grew up working out at the gym at a young age with her dad who was a bodybuilder, and that started her passion for fitness. Nicole's interest in a career in Physical Therapy began when she had an injury to her back at 12 years old and her mom brought her to Physical Therapy to help recover from her injury. Nicole has been an active athlete through her life, she played softball and ran track in high school and once in college, she played rugby at Lindenwood University. At Lindenwood, Nicole received a Scholar Athlete recognition and graduated Magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. After her time at Lindenwood, she was accepted into the University of Missouri Physical Therapy program where she received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Nicole has experience working in an outpatient setting treating a wide range of patients, from college athletes to post-surgical joint replacements and everything in between. old and her mom brought her to Physical Therapy to help recover from her injury. Nicole has a passion for fitness and healthy living and loves to pass that on to her clients. From manual therapy techniques to neuromuscular re-education, all avenues of therapy will be utilized to best treat her clients. Riley Flynn

Before joining the NutriFormance, Riley spent 9 years competing and learning the martial art by the name of Kuk Sool Won. Riley made it to the level of second degree black belt before focusing on running both Cross Country and Track in College. He attended Webster University where he achieved success in the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SLIAC) being all-conference 3 times in Cross Country, and 3 times in Track including the 5k conference champion. Riley graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Exercise Science in 2018. During Riley's senior year at Webster University, Riley was given the opportunity to be an intern with NutriFormance & Athletic Republic where he worked with a pitching program called Mach 1. The program focused on improving the longevity of our young pitchers through improving pitching mechanics, arm care, and strengthening.

Tyler Middleton

Prior to joining NutriFormance, Tyler completed his undergrad at Missouri State University getting his BS in Exercise and Movement Science. He got to work with a variety of athletes with the Athletic Training department focusing on injury prevention and rehabilitation, then with the Strength and Conditioning staff covering everything from weightlifting to testing/evaluation. Tyler performed over 500 hours internship primarily with MSU Football Strength staff but also with soccer, cross country, and track. old and her mom brought her to Physical Therapy to help recover from her injury. Tyler grew up in St. Louis and attended Parkway South, where he played volleyball all four years. During his high school career, a car accident sent him to physical therapy where Tyler found a drive to help other athletes recover from injuries to return to performance. Tyler is driven to continuously improve himself in the weight room as well as finding new ways to improve performance of those he works with. He wants to help athletes and nonathletes of all ages reach their goals and maintain an active lifestyle. One of his favorite quotes is "Two things you can control: attitude & effort."

Zach Hansen

Prior to joining NutriFormance and Athletic Republic, Zach attended Maryville University where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science-Strength and Conditioning. Zach was an avid student coach, working with over 8 teams for 350+ hours of undergraduate strength coaching. In his culminating semester he was coaching for over 20 hours a week while still finishing his degree. Zach attended an internship at the Central Institute for Human Performance in early 2020, which helped him gain more experience with in-depth performance training. He then obtained his Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association before starting the final semester of his degree. After graduating he found us and has been eager to make an impression on our clientele ever since.
