Dato' Ling Keak Ming is the Managing Director of MWE Golf & Country Club Bhd. with the overall responsibilities in property, construction, project and golf club management. Dato' Ling Keak Ming is also the Executive Deputy Chairman of Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., a company involves in the import and distribution of Dongfeng Trucks and other commercial and industrial vehicles. Apart from that, he also sits on the Board of Directors for several private limited companies.

Ling Ken Ji joined Nico Security Systems Sdn Bhd in 2009 and was held responsible for the company's Business Development and Financial Management. Prior to that, he has served as an Investment Banker in the debt capital and syndicated markets. Mr Ling is a graduate from the University of Sydney, holding a Master of Commerce with a Major in Finance and Bachelor of Commerce with double major in Economics and Finance and minor in Econometrics.

TAN SRI ABDUL RAHIM - Chairman

Tan Sri Abdul Rahim is a graduate from the University of Malaya (UM) majoring in Economics in 1968. After a short stint with Bank Negara Malaysia, he joined the Royal Malaysia Police Force as an Assistant Superintendent. He rose to become the Inspector-General of Police (IGP) in early 1994 after having served various positions before becoming the IGP. Among the key posts held were the Chief Police Officer of Selangor, Sabah Commissioner of Police and the Director of the Special Branch before he was made the Deputy-Inspector General of Police in 1989. Tan Sri Abdul Rahim is best remembered for the critical role he played in bringing the peaceful end to the insurgency posed by the Communist Party of Malaya (CPM) while he was heading the Police Special Branch. After a long-drawn negotiation between the Special Branch (led by Tan Sri) and CPM representatives, a peace treaty was signed between the Malaysian Government and the CPM in December 1989 in Hadyai, Thailand. As the IGP, he took special interest to improve the lot of policemen by introducing more living quarters for their families and improving their welfare and salary schemes which he considered as necessary to improve the police service.

UDANI BIN ABDUL RAHIM - COO

Udani was appointed as Director of Operations for Nico Security Systems Sdn. Bhd. since the beginning of the company. He is a graduate from the University of Greenwich, London, with a Bachelor of Science Degree, majoring in Business Information Technology. He then continued his postgraduate course in London South Bank University where he received his Postgraduate Diploma in Information Systems Management. During his stay there, he was attached to TESCO Plc in their Information Technology Department.
