Northland Adult Foster Care (AFC) is a Minnesota-based adult foster care provider. We are licensed in St. Louis and Carlton counties and provide services to individuals with disabilities. Our mission is to compassionately support a person's abilities through human connection, personal choices and community involvement while developing one's own meaningful purpose in life.
