Pando Alliance was established in 2010 to provide expert green building certification services. Our practice was initially limited to high performance homes seeking top-tier certifications. We appreciate these early adopters because their custom projects afforded us the opportunity to take deep dives into leading-edge programs such as the LEED for Homes v4 pilot, DOE Zero Energy Ready Home, and Passive House (PHIUS)... Likewise, we at Pando Alliance feel deeply rooted and connected to our community of partners and are steadfastly committed to serving as that conduit, supporting the vital work of providing decent, healthy, and affordable housing...
