Plus Computers has been serving the needs of end (home) users for over two decades. We began building systems for friends and family, out of our spare room in the suburbs of Lakewood. A local businessman in Lakewood came across one of our systems and contacted us to build three for his office; he also explained that they needed a database and network infrastructure that would facilitate growth with no downtime. Accepting the challenge, we teamed up to create an advanced system that enabled them to not only grow exponentially, but created a powerful online presence and functionality for them as well. Thrilled with the results, the word spread. We then decided that we had an opportunity to help many other customers facing the same challenges, and Plus Computers was born. Our first challenge was creating a powerful infrastructure of our own. Within a year, Plus Computers grew in numbers from 5 end users to 16 and acquired 2 local business customers.
