As Founder and President of Pharmfusion, Angela T. Cassano brings expertise in hospital pharmacy management, clinical practice and medication safety. Since its founding in 2005, Dr. Cassano has been able to assist in the improvement of hospital pharmacy operations and safe medication management by utilizing her previous experience gained while working in various capacities within hospital pharmacies. Her most notable employment opportunities include working as a pediatric and neonatal clinical pharmacist, Assistant Health System Director of Quality Assurance and Drug Safety, and as the Assistant Health System Director for Clinical Pharmacy Programs. Dr. Cassano's clinical sub-specialties in adult internal medicine, pediatrics, and neonatology draw on her experience gained during two post-graduate residencies. Additionally, her research efforts and subsequent presentations and publications have allowed Dr. Cassano to excel in regulatory compliance, quality assurance and medication..
