A Boling, TX native, Kerbe grew up actively involved in the Boling FFA where she found her love for agriculture, livestock, and Leadership Development Events such as Public Relations and Radio Broadcasting.

Brenna Garza

Born and raised in Wharton County, Brenna exemplifies the spirit that RHD is known for: courageous, hard working, and friendly. Brenna loves the small town life and has a passion for working with the community and making things grow. She loves to create connections and help wherever she can. Brenna has experience working with several non profit organization groups over the last 8 years and has developed several different relationships throughout all different counties in Texas and even states. She serves as the State Coordinator for the HELP Project with the organization of Youth Power Group Texas. She enjoys photography, media and graphic design, music, and spending time outdoors with my nephew. When she is not at work you will find Brenna serving at my church, doing something with YPG, or with my family.

Carole Arriaga

Carole Arriaga has been a vital part of Ranch House since 2010, when she joined our team as a website updates team member. Today, she serves as our e-commerce director and continues to assist clients with website updates. Carole is often recognized by our clients for her outstanding customer service, friendliness, and helpfulness on every project. Carole is a Wharton, Texas native, where she has made her home with her husband Tim, a local police officer, and their two daughters. They are active members of Caney Creek Church and Boling Country 4-H Club where Carole is a co-manager. Her family also volunteers for various local clubs and organizations. A show family, her daughters exhibit market lambs in the local fair. As a fun fact, Carole is also a Licensed Veterinary Technician, and works on the weekends at Wharton Veterinary Clinic as a Veterinary Technician.

Hannah Chumchal

As a fifth-generation agriculturalist Hannah's roots in agriculture are deeply embedded in her family tree. Being raised on a farm gave her first-hand experience to the agriculture industry. However, she doesn't work on the farm as her family has done for generations. Instead, she assists rural brands that want to build and grow their social media. Hannah graduated from Texas A&M University in 2022 with a Bachelors degree in Agricultural Communications and Journalism. She is currently obtaining her Masters degree in Agricultural Communications from Kansas State University. She serves as VP of Social and Digital Marketing at Ranch House Designs. Hannah is a fresh face in the agricultural marketing sphere and brings a young perspective. Because in today's social media world, being on Facebook simply isn't enough.

Jessica Barker

Jessica, our Vice President of Web Operations, is one of Ranch House's longest standing employees. She was born and raised in Wharton, TX and has been with RHD since 2007! An expert in programs like Dreamweaver and Photoshop, Jessica oversees 800 plus websites and averages more than 1000 website updates per month! When you email in to updates, chances are, you will be working with Jessica! She's a whiz when it comes to web development and is the point of contact for all new website launches. Over the years, Jessica has poured her heart and soul into learning and understanding website programming and continues to strive to better serve all Ranch House clients. In her spare time, Jessica enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, Jeremy, their children, Callen and Frankie.

Kristen Davis

With almost 20 years of experience behind her, Kristen is a pro at all things design. She went to school at the Art Institute of Houston where she studied graphic design and photography. After college she spent the next several years as the creative director for Hartman Newspapers, where she designed 4 monthly magazines as well as a daily newspaper. During her time there, she also managed the pre-press department where she handled the production of 9 weekly newspapers and a daily. Kristen is expert when it comes to designing sale ads, catalogs, billboards, annual reports, logos and websites. She has a strong passion for what she does, and it shows through in her work. Married to her husband, Jeromy, they have 2 children, Jayden and Parker and currently live in East Bernard where they are active in their community. Kristen didn't grow up in the agriculture industry, but she got here as fast as she could! Originally from Wharton County, Kristen is stock show mom and enjoys traveling with her family showing hogs, heifers and steers.

Lynn Hough

Lynn is a jack of all trades, but her primary responsibilities at Ranch House include managing the office and assisting with customer relations. As Vice President, Operations, Lynn helps oversee finances, human resources, and day-to-day office operations. She studied Business Administration and Management at the University of Houston - Victoria where she received her Bachelor's. Prior to joining the Ranch House team, Lynn spent 12 years with Wharton County Extension serving as 4-H Secretary and later, 4-H Program Assistant. Growing up, she helped her family raise horses and cattle and was often found helping her father in the rice fields. In her spare time, Lynn enjoys activities like rodeo, hunting and fishing, which she does alongside her two sons.

Rachel Cutrer - CEO, Founder

Rachel Cutrer is an American business woman and rancher. In 1999, Rachel began developing the concept and vision of what is now Ranch House Designs, the world leader in purebred livestock marketing and advertising. She has served as CEO of the company since its inception. Rachel is also co-owner and co-general manager of B.R. Cutrer Ranch, one of the leading Brahman cattle operations worldwide, and a founder and partner of Brahman Country Beef, the USA's first Brahman branded beef program. She is the president of Brahman Country Genetics, a global semen and embryo corporation. Rachel is also the author of three college textbooks and over twenty children's books featuring the ranching lifestyle. Rachel received her B.S. in Animal Science from Texas A&M University and a M.S. in Agricultural and Extension Education from Michigan State University. She holds a certificate from Cornell University, Women in Leadership program. Rachel was named the first Outstanding Young Alumni of Texas A&M University College of Agriculture and Life Sciences and Outstanding Young Alumni of the Texas A&M University Department of Animal Science. She is an honorary member of the TAMU Saddle and Sirloin Club and proudly serves as a board member of Texas 4-H Foundation, TAMU College of Agriculture Advisory Council, TAMU Department of Animal Science Advisory Council, and Wharton Country Club. She and Brandon are proud donors of endowed scholarships in both the animal science and ag journalism departments at Texas A&M University. She is an avid spokesperson for agriculture and the beef industry, serving as a keynote speaker for the Beef Cattle Short Course, NCBA Cattle Industry Convention, Reciprocal Meats Conference of the American Meat Science Association, the National Western Stock Show, and numerous other state and regional conferences. Rachel currently serves as a board member of Capital Farm Credit, Texas' largest ag lender; Texas 4-H Foundation, El Campo Memorial Hospital, and Wharton Country Club. She serves as chairman of the American Brahman Breeders Association communications committee. She has past board experience on the National Cattleman's Association promotion committee, Texas CattleWomen, and was a 16-year director of the American Brahman breeders association including three terms on their executive committee. The Cutrer's are faithful members of the Church of Christ. She and her husband, Brandon, have two daughters, Mollie and Annie.

Sarah Simpson

Sarah is an award winning graphic designer who specializes in branding and web design. She is a three time LPC award winner and has had her work featured in Photoshop User magazine. She studied Graphic Design at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and continues her love of learning through various courses and educational events. Most recently she has been studying coding languages html, CSS, and Javascript. Sarah has always had an appreciation for agriculture and spent many summers on her grandparents alfalfa farm in Eastern Washington. As a tween, she moved to central IL where she grew up surrounded by corn and soybean farmers, hog breeders and cattle breeders. She feels a strong connection to her Midwestern roots and has a passionate for promoting the humble and hardworking farmers and ranchers that feed America.

Waylon. Dylan

Kerbe lives in Needville, TX with her husband, Dylan, and their son, Waylon. Dylan is a full time cotton, grain, and corn farmer and hobby cattle rancher. When she is not working, Kerbe enjoys being outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
