PUCKETT ENGINEERING - Key Persons
Jeff has been an essential part of the Puckett Engineering team since 2016. Since joining Puckett Engineering, he has been involved in the study, design, and commissioning of facility electrical systems with an emphasis on industrial and mission-critical projects.
Prior to his engineering career, Jeff served as an electronics technician in the United States Navy where he specialized in Radio and Radar technology. After being honorably discharged from the Navy, he attended West Virginia University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering in 2015.
An intriguing personality leads Jeff to continuously research and learn the evolution of the electrical industry. Jeff's background in electronics has provided him with a strong investigative mind and the ability to see a system down to the component level.
Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife Samantha and their three children. He is an avid baseball fan and enjoys fishing.

Mike has more than three decades of experience with facility infrastructure systems. Mike is a licensed electrical engineer and master electrician with experience in the study, design, and installation of facility electrical systems with a special emphasis in mission critical / power quality applications.
A lifelong learner with a drive to continuously improve his knowledge and his company's processes, Mike is a noted speaker on power quality, critical power systems, grounding, lightning protection, surge protection, and other subjects.
Since the inception of Puckett Engineering, Sherri has been an asset to the company in many ways. Her primary roles include accounting and office administration.
She also worked for a total of 13 years at two other Engineering firms in the accounting department. At the first engineering firm, a co-worker introduced her to Excel. She has used Excel at every company since then and enjoys the organizational aspects of Excel, a way of putting things in order.
She worked 20 years for an entertainer in Nashville. She participated in various aspects of the business including accounting, fan club relations, product development, web programming, and sales. She worked for Puckett Engineering part-time during her years working in the music industry.
In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, reading, photography, and ballroom dancing. She is very much a dog person but loves all animals. She enjoys watching the Cardinals and Woodpeckers in her garden.
Stephen has been an essential member of the Puckett Engineering team since 2015, showing his experience in CAD (Computer-Aided Drafting) and in-field electrical knowledge by providing a more detailed approach to construction drawings. His history of working with multiple electrical contractors in the past and knowledge of the basic ins-and-outs of everyday field work helps fine tune Puckett Engineering's drawings to provide the most comprehensive and detailed drawings for contractors to read and use on the job.
As an electrical designer, he is experienced in designing lighting, lighting controls, power systems, and fire alarm systems. In addition, he is regularly visiting jobsites to gather field data for design or observing work for compliance with the construction drawings and the National Electrical Code.
Stephen's continuing education includes ongoing Professional Development events covering various topics, in-house training, and has completed Mike Holt's "Electrical Theory/Fundamentals" and NEC training programs.
In Stephen's spare time he enjoys playing guitar, going to comedy shows, and spending time with his wife and two children.
