Adrienne Allen joined the Red Rock team in January 2021 as Assistant Property Manager and has since then transitioned to Property Manager for our Selma properties. Adrienne has over 20 years of experience in customer service. She received her MBA from Western Governors University in 2017 and MSML is 2019. She resides in Selma, Alabama where she takes care of her ailing mother. She has two children, Jaamal and T'aria and loves spending time with her grand-daughter, Journee.

Billy Hiden joined Red Rock in 2017 as a Commercial Real Estate Broker. He has experience in representing sellers, buyers and landlords in a wide range of real estate types including office, industrial, retail, multifamily, medical office, and raw land. Since starting with Red Rock, he has been involved in 80 transactions totaling over $15 million in transaction volume. Prior to Red Rock, Billy worked for a national retailer, where he held positions in the real estate, construction, and accounting departments.
Billy is also a board member of Delta Waterfowl's Birmingham Chapter. Outside of work he enjoys hunting, fishing, and generally anything outdoors.

Don Barnes, Red Rock's Maintenance Supervisor, has over thirty years of experience in construction and day to day operations of apartment buildings. He has been with the company since 1989. Don excels in tenant relations and tenant retention. Don also owns rental property himself and is very aware of what it requires to operate efficiently. He enjoys hunting, fishing, boating and working with wood. Don and his wife Karla live in Ashville, Alabama.

Gary joined Red Rock as the Property Manager in Columbus, Mississippi where he is an active member of the community after 20 years of residency. He spent 28 years as a store manager for Rent-A-Center Inc., where he gained the valuable skills necessary for the career shift to property management in 2021. Gary's core values revolve around loyalty, integrity and diligence making him an asset to the Red Rock team. Formerly from Decatur, Alabama, Gary is married to his bride of 22 years with one son. He enjoys spending time with family and his 3 fur-children - two Yorkies, and a Yorkie-Poo.

Jimmy joined Red Rock in 2019 as a member of the brokerage team. He has worked with a wide array of clients, helping them buy, sell, and lease all types of property. In 2021, Jimmy joined Red Rock's management team as a commercial property manager. He values the opportunity to optimize asset operations and assure that the needs of the properties and their tenants are met. He has also managed a number of tenant build-out and property redevelopment projects. His experience in all aspects of commercial real estate makes him an excellent advisor to his clients.

Rachel is the newest member of the Red Rock brokerage team. She obtained her residential real estate license while living in Franklin, TN in 2021. Being a native of Birmingham, AL, Rachel relocated home in mid 2022 to pursue her interest in commercial real estate. Her experience in the medical industry and operations management has prepared her for serving clients efficiently and effectively in the Central Alabama commercial real estate market. Rachel never meets a stranger and loyalty is her middle name. She is always happy to help and is eager to learn. We are thrilled to welcome Rachel to our team!

Robert Blair joined Red Rock Realty Group in April 2015 as Property Manager of Vestawood Apartments in Vestavia Hills, AL and Chapel Hill Apartments in Hoover, AL, totaling 78 apartment units. He has over 15 years of experience within the apartment industry including roles in maintenance, property management and construction. In addition, Robert has a strong background in business management, business systems/process development, and training. In his free time, Robert enjoys traveling, cooking, woodworking and spending time with his daughter.

Ryan, is a commercial broker with Red Rock specializing in the storage and industrial sectors. After starting his career in aviation, Ryan always had a passion for real estate and returned to Auburn University gaining his masters in the MRED program. During this time, he gained a broad knowledge of the commercial industry and made numerous contacts that eventually led him to Red Rock. As both a corporate and airline pilot, Ryan's worked with numerous high net worth clients in the business world and found this to be a helpful transition into commercial real estate. Making real estate his full-time career at Red Rock, the flexibility of the airline industry allows him to maintain his active pilot status with Spirit Airlines flying the Airbus 320. Anytime you are in the market for a storage acquisition or sale Ryan will certainly provide an exceptional transaction.

Samatha Crawford joined Red Rock in March of 2022 as Property Manager of Azalea Court I & II and Camellia Court Apartments in Alexander City, AL. She has been in property management for 5 years and has 9 years of customer service experience. Samatha grew up in Alexander City where she lives now with her husband of 10 years, Clayton, and 2 beautiful girls, McKenzie and Elizabeth.

Sarah Hutto joined the Red Rock Team in January 2018 as our Accounts Payable Specialist and has now transitioned to Hueytown as our Property Manager. Sarah has over 25 years of experience in accounting in various industries, the last six of which are in property managment. She has experience in billing, accounts receivables, collections, and accounts payable. Her other career accomplishments include that of a Personal Financial Analyst and Retail Managment. She lives in Hoover and has two daughters, Christy and Leanna and a grandson, Colby.
Sharon Dozier joined Red Rock in February, 2017 as a contractor in the Accounting Department. She now handles the Risk Management portfolio. Sharon is a licensed real estate agent with extensive experience in project management, training, and systems conversions with O'Neal Steel, Inc. She and her husband, Joe, have two grown children and two grandchildren. She enjoys traveling, photography, and spending time with family.

Thomas C. Joyce, Jr. joined Red Rock Realty Group in December 2016 as a Principal Owner and serves as Executive Vice President. Tommy is responsible for overseeing and leading the company's property management division, business development endeavors, and direct management responsibilities of commercial assets.
Tom Carruthers is a Principal Owner and serves as President of Red Rock Realty Group. Tom began his real estate career in 1986 with Porter, White & Company where he worked for 16 years, gaining experience in investments, development, brokerage and industrial site selection. He formed Carruthers Real Estate Company in 2001 and then, in partnership with Charles Robinson, acquired Property Managers, Inc. in 2007. Later in 2010, Tom and Charles merged their two companies into Red Rock Realty Group. Tom and Charles recruited Tommy Joyce to join them as a partner in 2016 to manage and grow the Red Rock's property management division. The threesome then invited Jack Little to become a partner in 2020 to manage and grow the commercial brokerage division.
In 2011, Tom, Charles and two other commercial real estate executives acquired LAH Sotheby's International Realty, one of the largest locally owned residential real estate company in Alabama. Red Rock Realty Group and LAH Sotheby's are operated as separate entities but enjoy working together.
In his spare time, Tom enjoys serving on various not-for-profit boards and volunteering his time with Rotary Club projects. He also enjoys backpacking, canoeing, kayaking, cycling skiing and travel of any kind. Tom has climbed fourteen mountains over 10,000 feet in elevation including Aconcogua (22,834'), Pico de Orizaba (18,702'), Mt. Ranier (14,410') and Grant Teton (13,370'). Tom and his wife Brooke have two daughters, Scout and Neely.

Trish Rushing joined Red Rock's Commercial Brokerage Team in 2019. She specializes in sales, leasing, development and investment opportunities across the State. Trish began her career in Commercial Real Estate in 2013 at Capital Growth Buchalter, Inc as part of their Build to Suit Development team. She served as Development Manager for 5 years helping the team navigate build to suit projects in 27 states and for clients such as Mattress Firm, Shopko, Chipotle, Taco Bell, Dollar General, AT&T, Kay Jewelers, Panera and Good Year Tires. In 2018 she received her brokers License and took the opportunity to become the Real Estate Director for Integrity First Realty Group a subsidiary of Pate Companies in Tuscaloosa, AL. During her time at Integrity First she worked with clients and tenants such as Murphy Oil USA, Popeyes, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Burger King, Circle K, Mapco, Huddle House, and with many local municipalities on incentive package negotiations. Since joining Red Rock, Trish has completed +/-65M in sales and leasing deal volume and has worked with many national names including: Culvers, Del Taco, Whataburger, Wendys, Zaxbys, Taco Bell, Dollar General, Speedway, Drury, Hilton, Marriott, Nemak, Dixie Pulp & Paper, and more. She obtained her CCIM designation in April 2022 and is currently a member of the 2023 CCIM Alabama Board of Directors.
Trish resides in Helena, AL with her Husband Clint, their two children and 3 dogs. Trish is a board member of Stryker Strong, a local charity raising awareness for TBRS Communities and Anoxic Brain Injuries. She is also a foster partner for many local animal rescue groups in the Birmingham area. Trish and Clint enjoy watching college football, hosting get gatherings with friends, visiting the Florida gulf coast as much as possible to boat, beach, deep sea fishing and visit with friends and family where they are both originally from.
